I checked in on Saturday December 14th 2024 around 11pm. I had a wonderful experience with the lady who was working that shift that night. She was also able to get me the points on my IHG account and informed me of the benefits of connecting that to my stays. The check in process was very smooth and much appreciated after a long day. Friday we had a bad experience at a different hotel in the area and it was very refreshing to stay there.

The only aspect I wasn't a huge fan of was the amount for the stay. It wasn't too expensive, but just a little overpriced for the area.

The staff was terrific, first of all. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and came all the important appliances, and stuff you need. A mini fridge, microwave, iron and full size ironing board, etc.. And the complimentary breakfast ran 3 hours, and nothing ran out, It was legit.. The young man running the buffet was on top of everything. Good coffee, hot and cold choices, a lot of of each. I didn't have time to check out the pool or fitness room.

I rented 3 doubles, only 1 had a fan in the bathroom. Which tells me they are least working on it. That's it.

Everything was great from the staff to the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect and clean.

Only complaints were none of the outlets would hold our iPhone chargers, like it was loose and they would fall out. Also, the breakfast in the morning was not the greatest but these things would not keep us from staying again.

Breakfast was great! My children were really fascinated with the pancake maker!

The laundry machines because of the quarters for payment. The pool closing hour was a little disappointing since we were out to an event for the visit, we missed the pool altogether. Everything else was fantastic.

Friendly staff. Clean. Good location for my needs. Nice breakfast.

I wish there had been draperies on the window instead of, or as well as, the pulldown screen. The screen did not keep out much light and since our window faced the street, headlights would shine through onto the wall at night.

The room was a good size, the staff was very friendly and helpful and it was conveniently located for our purpose. And breakfast was actually hot. Most motel breakfasts are not.

There was not anything we didn't like. The only negative is that the building is a little dated looking.

The room was spacious and had a keurig and was comfortable .. beds were soft and cozy. Shower was fantastic .. loved the gym too-- got a good workout in before I went out and was pleased with the equipment ...

The sink was stuck but we worked around it... nothing else comes to mind.

No stores around u gotta drive 10 mins away just to get to one besides that the place is amazing def would come back

we booked this hotel for our Pastor and wanted the best for him. The staff was very friendly and did everything they could to accommodate us. He had nothing but great things to say about his stay.

The lobby could be a little more welcoming.
