I checked in on Saturday December 14th 2024 around 11pm. I had a wonderful experience with the lady who was working that shift that night. She was also able to get me the points on my IHG account and informed me of the benefits of connecting that to my stays. The check in process was very smooth and much appreciated after a long day. Friday we had a bad experience at a different hotel in the area and it was very refreshing to stay there.

The only aspect I wasn't a huge fan of was the amount for the stay. It wasn't too expensive, but just a little overpriced for the area.

The staff was terrific, first of all. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and came all the important appliances, and stuff you need. A mini fridge, microwave, iron and full size ironing board, etc.. And the complimentary breakfast ran 3 hours, and nothing ran out, It was legit.. The young man running the buffet was on top of everything. Good coffee, hot and cold choices, a lot of of each. I didn't have time to check out the pool or fitness room.

I rented 3 doubles, only 1 had a fan in the bathroom. Which tells me they are least working on it. That's it.

Friendly staff. Clean. Good location for my needs. Nice breakfast.

I wish there had been draperies on the window instead of, or as well as, the pulldown screen. The screen did not keep out much light and since our window faced the street, headlights would shine through onto the wall at night.

The room was a good size, the staff was very friendly and helpful and it was conveniently located for our purpose. And breakfast was actually hot. Most motel breakfasts are not.

There was not anything we didn't like. The only negative is that the building is a little dated looking.

The room was spacious and had a keurig and was comfortable .. beds were soft and cozy. Shower was fantastic .. loved the gym too-- got a good workout in before I went out and was pleased with the equipment ...

The sink was stuck but we worked around it... nothing else comes to mind.

The staff was really friendly and when we had questions, they helped us kindly. And even though we didn't use the pool or the gym, it was nice knowing we had the option. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a nice place to stay.

There wasn't a lot of vegan options for the breakfast. It would have been nice if there would have been more fruits and peanut butter to put on a toast. Furthermore, there was carpet in the room even though there wasn't in the photos on the website we had seen prior to ou stay.

Breakfast was a lil dry. And laundry and printer was down but it was a beautiful stay

we booked this hotel for our Pastor and wanted the best for him. The staff was very friendly and did everything they could to accommodate us. He had nothing but great things to say about his stay.

The lobby could be a little more welcoming.

No stores around u gotta drive 10 mins away just to get to one besides that the place is amazing def would come back

Breakfast was good. I especially enjoyed the pancakes. Room was well-appointed, and beds were comfortable. Thermostat was easy to use. Bathroom was clean and well-stocked.

The window blinds did not go all the way to the bottom, and the floor was uneven near the door so that the door made a harsh, loud, barking noise every time it was opened. Very annoying.
