I love the clean rooms and the beds are comfortable to sleep on. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I had trouble with my WiFi sign it the second day and the female manager was so helpful. This year Veeru did an amazing job with the breakfast staff. He made soft and delicious scrambled eggs. They had the perfect amount of moisture in them. They were so tasty on days 6/15 and 6/16. On 6/17, he confirmed that he didn’t make them. That day they were hard and not very tasty.

It was something that I needed in an emergency I was homeless and my mother picked me out and I'm on parole no questions asked did I get on the app downloaded a room paid for it when I pulled up after the Uber got my stuff out the girl at the front desk was wonderful at night and the girl at the front desk and so was the staff wonderful in the morning thank you for everything

Not anything

The hotel was a great value on the night we stayed. The room was updated, the bed was comfortable, and it comes with a free hot breakfast of eggs and sausage plus other options. If all you are looking for is your basic hotel with breakfast included, this hotel fits the bill at a low cost.

The shower could have been cleaner. The sink faucet was too close to the back edge of the sink (poor design/installation). The juice machine was broken and OJ in a pitcher was your only juice option.

It’s conveniently located off Rt 222. It’s updated and clean.

TERRIBLE check in. When we arrived at 3:55 pm no one was at the front desk. We waited 15 minutes. I called the front desk thinking maybe they had the calls forwarded to their cell phone. It rang about 10 times and disconnected. I called Booking.com and they didn’t have success either. At 4:35, the front desk manager appeared apologizing. She said she was tending to a maintenance problem. One other guest saw us waiting and commented, “Good luck, they’re never there!”

The price was good and the staff was very helpful.

The shower drain was backed up and the water was a little too hard. Meaning, it dried out your skin more then the norm. And the place could of used a better smoking area away from the elements. It down poured for a good portion of one of the days and there was really no way to get out of it other then stand right outside the front lobby doors. There is a roof over it, but it's still wide open.

The rooms were closed to each other. Clean and had everything we needed, the ironing board, iron, microwave,safed my day and fridge. The beds were soo comfortable and clean. And we can say enough about the breakfast. Most important, the staff were so good and helpful to us. Muchisimas gracias. ¡Dios les bendiga!

The manager. Will not let me and my girlfriend stay longer then 1 week at a time.. But I seen others that have been staying there longer then 2 weeks. I'd like to know why.

Night clerk was engaging and very helpful. He could see that I was traveling on a broken foot and helped bring our bags to the room. We were on a tight sked so weren't able to stay for the breakfast, but the same clerk made sure that we got coffee before we checked out. We were very pleased overall.

Location was great! Close enough to the arena without having to be downtown and nice having outlets and farmers market nearby. The front desk staff was also extraordinary friendly and helpful!

No comforter on the bed, only sheet and very light blanket and room was a little chilly in October. Also low on towels.

Everything is good my stay was perfect until the last night

The last night there was arguing and I was up all night due to the people next door to me fighting in the hallway in the room I called out to the office several times and nothing happened
