The room size was good, especially for the family. The location was good, lots of restaurants were nearby. The room was clean, and the breakfast options were also good.

The only thing we were missing was the microwave in the room.

It had everything I needed - microwave, refrigerator & freezer, closet, dresser drawers, and even water bottle refill dispenser in the lobby, with purified water. The location was great, parking was convenient & close, desk clerk was really friendly & helpful, the room was quiet & had darkening curtains.

The cultural experience at (microtel innhamburg) left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly.

Breakfast was very disappointing. The coffee was excellent but there wasn't much else. We went to cracker barrel for breakfast.

More fresh fruit, yogurt maybe a hot choice besides toasted bagels.

We spent a very comfortable night at the Microtel in Hamburg - we got in late after a long day on the road. It is close to the plaza with an amazing Cabela's and also Cigars International, which we found convenient. We enjoyed unwinding at Pappy's on the premises - a warm, friendly atmosphere with some terrific live music. We slept well in a spotless room on a comfortable bed and we're on our way early the next morning after a quick breakfast provided starting at 7am. The price was especially satisfying because we were only there 9 hours - this is definitely the perfect road trip stop, and we will stay here next time we pass through... Thanks to everyone at Microtel!

Needed better bed pillows. Extra pillows and linen in room would have been nice.

Great coffee. Good quality bed linens, pillows and towels and really liked the Terra Green shower gel. Staff very nice and helpful.

Tv channel selection could have been better especially the news. Also, reception was not so good.

We have enjoyed multiple stays at this location. It is close to where we were visiting, clean, and the beds and pillows are comfortable. The front desk staff has always been friendly and helpful.

This was the first time that the breakfast was severely lacking. The first morning the coffee was cold and on both mornings of our stay, no one was around to refill anything from at least 7:00 to 9:00.

Quiet comfortable room

Although not an official part of the Microtel we felt Pappy T has gone downhill. We used to enjoy the food and company but neither were good this time. That was a reason why we chose the Microtel

Bar and restaurant at hotel. Fast food and gas stations also very close. Copperz near by is great as well. Always Clean and comfortable. Great location and value.
