Mercedes and Tamila were amazing. Helped with any issues we had or anything we needed. Those two went completely out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.

I felt as though the morning / day staff was not doing their job. Towels in pool was never stocked until Tamila came an stocked them night 3 there. The breakfast staff left a mess. Coffee area was not cleaned or stocked. Mercedes had to refill everything a few nights we were there.

We checked into the hotel around 10pm. The woman who checked us in provided quick and kind service. We also had a car trailer that we were towing and the extra lot on the property was great! We felt safe and confident that there was a spot for us to park.

Breakfast area was not as clean as it could have been. Breakfast was still enjoyable, but the floors and surfaces were a bit sticky.

Very nice hotel and super comfy beds

We booked this hotel SPECIFICALLY because it had a hot tub listed online and we were physically laboring for two days lift 120lb cases and we even drove 16 miles out of our way because of the hot tub listed. We get there only to find out pool and hot tub not useable! Super disappointed!!

We were traveling for a concert at the Santander Arena. The hotel was a great proximity to the arena. All the hotel staff we encountered, were very friendly. The hotel was very clean.

It wasn’t a big deal, but the bathroom layout was awkward. Had to straddle the toilet to shut the door.

I liked the easy check in process. The environment is extremely peaceful and quiet day and night. I also like that the coffee in your room is included and not an extra fee.

Although it was clean and beautifully maintained, the bathroom felt a little snug when the door is open. I was disappointed there was no USB charging outlets and I would have enjoyed more overhead lighting fixtures.

The property was in a great location. Very clean and great staff. Loved the noon check out time as well. We did not feel rushed at all

It was not the property itself but rather some guests. Unfortunately when we came back from our family event a little after midnight, someone on our floor was very obviously smoking cigarettes in their room. The smell permeated the entire hallway from the moment we got out of the elevator. Fortunately, the smell did not go into our room.

The variety of different options was anA+........The attendant was really courteous and helpful

There could have been maybe an option of waffles or bacon but that's just a personal preference but overall it was really enjoyable

The hotel installation was recently renewed, and all are brand new. Good staff, good breakfast.

Could the hotel disponibilize some fruit at breakfast.

Breakfast was great! The man who was handling breakfast was awesome! Front desk staff was so nice.

Pool area is not the best but the pool was clean and managed just needs to be spruced up to match the rest of the hotel .

Lots of breakfast choices, food area very clean and organized, hot foods hot and cold foods cold. All staff very friendly and helpful. The bed clothes smelled like bleach.

Toilet was clogged upon arrival, however quickly fixed by staff and we were offered a new room. There was a lens from a pair of glasses on the floor by the window.. makes me question if the room was thoroughly cleaned.
