The beds were so comfortable! Plenty of pillows on each bed. The bedding was also soft. My sister and I loved the lemon scented shampoo, body wash, etc. You should offer to sell it at your front desk! I think it was call pharmacopia...

Saturday morning breakfast was plentiful, but the scrambled eggs were very cold. My sister told the attendant and she turned the warmer up and added additional piping hot eggs. We think a child turned the knob.

We checked in pretty late, around midnight on 11/25/24, but were warmly welcomed by the staff member on duty. He was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home and comfortable despite the late hour. We were especially thrilled when he managed to arrange two connected rooms for us, which was exactly what we had been hoping for. After a week of traveling and staying at different hotels, this one stands out as the best, thanks not only to its excellent facilities but also to the fantastic staff. We truly felt taken care of here!

Breakfast was awesome,the gentleman that worked breakfast made sure everything was full and hot a big thumbs up to him,he got a wonderful tip from us!

I stayed at this hotel mainly for the pool,the children didn't get to swim because it was shut down because it was dirty. and had to be cleaned this should of been notified in their appakso we was supposed to get late check out from booking.com and we didn't get it we arrived late and had to rush breakfast and showers to check out.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was ok, but nothing spectacular. The staff members were very nice and polite.

I didn't like when I first arrived I have met several individuals that were either high or suspicious looking. One guy was completely strung out. Then one night there was a group of individuals hanging out by the railing on the second floor. They were extremely loud and inconsiderate. I called the front desk and reported them. The front desk attendant said they would send someone up. I'm not sure if this even took place as they were still loud for quite some time.

Rooms were pretty clean. Gym is clean. Spacious pool. The Reading itself is pretty small, everything you would like to visit - really close.

Location is a little bit awkward, very hard to get there without a car. Bathroom sink was outside of bathroom which was not super convenient, honestly. Standard breakfast, nothing great.

Our room appeared to be newly and completely remodeled. Very comfortable beds and pillows (where can we get a couple?) Larger flat-screen TV centered between both queen beds. Lights are nice and bright by the beds. Night stand had a double outlet with 2 USB ports in the front under the drawer. Very convenient.

Our only wish was that the A/C blew colder and that the fan was a bit stronger. Menopause sucks!

Breakfast was great and ready by 6:00am which was a plus as we were leaving at 6:30am. Room was clean and the bed was like sleeping on a big fluffy cloud !! Pool looked nice as did the work out and business center areas. Bed was clean ! after working in the industry many years ago that is my main concern.. clean bed linens!!

Was not told return of security deposit is 7-10 business days. Room appeared clean but smelled like Odo Ban, dog urine and cig smoke, and bathtub needs a good going over.

The hotel was in great condition and maintained very well. We were on the 2nd floor and the outdoor swimming pool is on the 2nd floor. The location was great for our family to enjoy. The breakfast was better than other hotels. It actually started a little earlier, which was great for our softball players.

The $50 security deposit

My room was clean and very comfortable. I accidently reserved an ADA room online. I can appreciate the thought that goes into designing an ADA room. ex. grab bars in the bathroom, zero threshold shower, lower bed. The breakfast was very good and well stocked. Check in was also very easy.

Bed very comfortable. Room was quiet. My only problem was faucet in sink had the hot and cold water taps reversed. It took a while to figure it out although the faucet was marked like nearly all faucets the indicator is small.

One elevator stopped working over weekend so it was a bit crowded in morning. Seating at breakfast was limited on weekends, the hotel was probably close to full. One of my navigation programs didn't work with a Reading address, it took me to a Giant Grocery store. Using Shillington as address is a better idea but I guess nobody would look for Shillington.
