Everything was exceptional! The room was big and spacious!

The staff wasn't the friendliest, but wasn't rude. Parking could have been explained. It's strange, when you pull up, there are not any designated spot to park for check in, The staff didn't even explain that there was a parking lot to the side and a few spaces in the back. Parking was a ways from the door.

I love the location and its great for my husband and I.

The only issue is the pull out couch. It's terribly uncomfortable. Also the King with pull out is the only option if we bring my son. We might have to look for another hotel that offers 2 beds. Unfortunate since we come once a month to see out grandchildren.

The hotel is centrally located. Walking distance to Berkshire Mall, Walmart, AMC movie theater etc. Comfortable for long stay. Rooms come with kitchenette. Uber Eats and online grocery available. Courtyard with bonfire for downtime at end of day and temp controlled pool is USP. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast could have been of more variety.

I stayed at the Fairfield a month ago and it was awful. I had stayed at the Residence once before and decide to stay here this weekend. We were not disappointed. Perfect location, clean and upscale.

The mattress on the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable according to our 17 year old son.

Location, room size and layout. Parking close to the multiple entrances.

Pillows on the bed, flat and zero support. We actually went out and purchased pillows to use there. And like always water pressure in the shower and wish there was a hand held shower head.

Great place with exceptional nice staff that greats you with a friendly smile all the time, had the king suite & was fantastic complete with kitchenette, has indoor pool, gym & outdoor firepit, highly recommend & deffenitly will be back.

Room was comfortable and laid out nicely, appreciated the separation between living and sleeping space. Good breakfast, staff was accommodating.

Would have appreciated a better value on room, the primary reason we stayed at this location was that other family had booked a room in this hotel, if this had not been the case we would have stayed at nearby comparable hotel that had better rate by $20 less per night.

Liked that it had an indoor pool and allows pets. Comfortable bed.

Noise travels through connecting doors if folks on the other side are arguing. Breakfast was okay, but boring....same thing every day.

Super clean, had shampoo and conditioner and even soap! Staff was good! Very nice place.

They have a pool BUT they don't say it on this website at all. I had no idea and they also close it at 10pm. I wanted to go in after our business but we got home around 11pm so that was a no go.. also make sure to check soaps, shampoos and conditioners because the one in our room the conditioner was basically out.

It was exactly what my girlfriend and I needed for the weekend. The facility was clean and well laid out.

When attempting to make dinner, only 2 stove tops made a nice dinner challenging. That paired with no oven or even microwave oven meant more needed to be put on the stove. Consider adding a microwave oven to the space to allow more of the "full kitchen" you pride yourselves with having.
