The staff is always great. I choose this hotel every time I visit PA to see family. The hotel is clean, quiet, it has a breakfast bar for coffee, a bar for your cocktails or wine and nice seating inside and outside seating which I love too. There are so many options for food that are in walking distance. Penn Street has so many options too which is in walking distance. So convenient and the hotel is comfortable.

I would like to have an ice machine in the hotel so I could have cold water. I can get ice when the breakfast bar is open but there is no ice when they close. I use the gym for my filtered water, but ice would be nice.

Beautiful Hotel Common Areas, Clean nicely decorated room

Hotel did not offer breakfast, at minimum fruits/ yogurt or Coffee Even. We had to pay for Coffee on their onsite starbucks which was $15 for 3 small coffee that where not fresh made, they were cold, it was pre made coffee, wasn't good. Waste of $15 we threw them away and went to Wawa down the street.

I liked the location it was central close to alot of stores bars & shopping places the pool & gym were nice & they were open for use i liked the room.it was nice & comfortable

The parking fee because it was not a secure lot & the way the tv was set up kinda away from the bed most hotels the tv is in front of the bed this was on angel with a closet in the way the tv did turn but we had to be on an angle too

We paid extra on our room to include the breakfast and It was so worth it! I was expecting the typical hotel breakfast but i was wrong! I ordered the two egg omelet and when it came out i was blown away! It was a real omelet with cheese, bacon and onions and the potato's it came with were so good too!!

Location and friendly staff. I love the indoor pool. My room was okay

No complimentary breakfast, not enough breakfast options. Thank God I picked a room that included breakfast. Our breakfast cost almost $90 for 2 adults & 2 kids. recently stayed at another location in Bloomington which was excellent so this did meet expection. There was not enough towels & beddings.

The room was very nice, very clean. We had our 3 children with us and the room was able to accommodate us to sleep comfortably. The atmosphere was extremely family friendly.

We booked at the same time as a sporting tournament apparently, so the pool was full a lot of the time so the kids weren’t able to swim for as long as they would have liked. But that wasn’t any fault of the hotel. Just bad timing on our trip!

Refrigerator in room didn't work very well, person at time of check in was not very pleasant. Replied oh your checking in for 1 little night, was a little offended that was said to me. Regardless how many nights I was staying I chose to stay at that hotel.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. It’s a very convenient location to walk to local restaurants and bars.

The sink took forever to drain. The drink prices at the bar were overpriced. A can of seltzer should not be $9 and a glass of wine should not be $16. Also the WiFi is very spotty.

Large room, was clean, there was a small coffee pot with coffee to make in the room. I like that you can sign into your Netflix account to watch on the TV. The staff was very friendly. Snacks available for purchase 24hrs.

Although the bathroom was very nice, water came out of the shower door and made the floor all wet. The pool was cold, and the main reason I chose the hotel was so my kids could swim indoors since our stay was in April.

Clean, comfortable, and close to nice restaurants

For the price, hotel had room cleaned and changed towels every other day. A standard lacking that is done in most hotels.
