We checked in pretty late, around midnight on 11/25/24, but were warmly welcomed by the staff member on duty. He was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home and comfortable despite the late hour. We were especially thrilled when he managed to arrange two connected rooms for us, which was exactly what we had been hoping for. After a week of traveling and staying at different hotels, this one stands out as the best, thanks not only to its excellent facilities but also to the fantastic staff. We truly felt taken care of here!

Breakfast was awesome,the gentleman that worked breakfast made sure everything was full and hot a big thumbs up to him,he got a wonderful tip from us!

I stayed at this hotel mainly for the pool,the children didn't get to swim because it was shut down because it was dirty. and had to be cleaned this should of been notified in their appakso we was supposed to get late check out from booking.com and we didn't get it we arrived late and had to rush breakfast and showers to check out.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was ok, but nothing spectacular. The staff members were very nice and polite.

I didn't like when I first arrived I have met several individuals that were either high or suspicious looking. One guy was completely strung out. Then one night there was a group of individuals hanging out by the railing on the second floor. They were extremely loud and inconsiderate. I called the front desk and reported them. The front desk attendant said they would send someone up. I'm not sure if this even took place as they were still loud for quite some time.

Breakfast was great and ready by 6:00am which was a plus as we were leaving at 6:30am. Room was clean and the bed was like sleeping on a big fluffy cloud !! Pool looked nice as did the work out and business center areas. Bed was clean ! after working in the industry many years ago that is my main concern.. clean bed linens!!

Was not told return of security deposit is 7-10 business days. Room appeared clean but smelled like Odo Ban, dog urine and cig smoke, and bathtub needs a good going over.

Our room appeared to be newly and completely remodeled. Very comfortable beds and pillows (where can we get a couple?) Larger flat-screen TV centered between both queen beds. Lights are nice and bright by the beds. Night stand had a double outlet with 2 USB ports in the front under the drawer. Very convenient.

Our only wish was that the A/C blew colder and that the fan was a bit stronger. Menopause sucks!

Bed very comfortable. Room was quiet. My only problem was faucet in sink had the hot and cold water taps reversed. It took a while to figure it out although the faucet was marked like nearly all faucets the indicator is small.

One elevator stopped working over weekend so it was a bit crowded in morning. Seating at breakfast was limited on weekends, the hotel was probably close to full. One of my navigation programs didn't work with a Reading address, it took me to a Giant Grocery store. Using Shillington as address is a better idea but I guess nobody would look for Shillington.

The room, bed, and bathroom was clean and The breakfast was very good. Lots of hot food to choose from, good coffee. The day and night staff really nice. The lady who bring out the food, she speaks many languages, she was kind. My family and I had a great experience, We will come back! Thank U.

It would have been nice to be able to sit in the breakfast room, with my small dog AFTER breakfast. If your charging a dog fee then then the dog should be able to go to different places in the hotel. And this would include the breakfast room after no one's in there. Even if I just wanted to watch TV.

The room was great, the breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of food. The staff very nice and very helpful. The location was convenient to the places we're were going to. Highly recommend this hotel.

The handicap room was excellent, except the bed could be higher like a normal one. More were that we had in the past at other hotels, otherwise, it was great

Location was excellent and breakfast was nice. To have the opportunity for waffles on a weekday is great! Thank you. Our pups liked the room. Once in they spread out like couch potatoes.

It was all good. Staff were nice and very helpful.

The rooms were very spacious and the beds were fairly comfortable. The bathroom was small but sufficient. The breakfast was average but sufficient. Parking was easily accessible.

Our sweet had two rooms but only one of the television's worked. The carpets in the hallway and rooms needed cleaning. Some of the fixtures in the hotel and room were warned and needed pair or cleaning. Some of the drywall repairs we're slipshod. The hotel Decor is a little dated. The first floor windows stared directly into people's headlights in the parking area. There was obvious water damage in the hallway that was still under repair.
