The location was easy to find but it was easy to miss the entrance due to bushes and trees. The room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and the staff was friendly

The window curtain was so long it hung down over the heater/air conditioner completely covering it up. This totally blocked off the flow of air. It could be lifted so the bottom of the curtain was on top of the unit but had to be messed with to have privacy.

The stay, how comfortable the beds were, no noise, the pool area, the staff (especially overnight; he was really nice during check in and answered my questions should've got his name) also all the different light choices in the room; weird maybe, but it was something I liked.

The only thing was that the pool was ice cold and we hand-picked this place, especially for the pool to keep the kids busy, but thank goodness there is a jacuzzi that made up for it a bit. Hahaha.

The room was good for a couple but with a kid, it was a bit small. I thought there would have been a sofa bed of some sort but that was not an issue. We fit in the king size bed just fine. The breakfast was good as well. Staff was friendly. Love the fact that they have a pool and spa in the facility. My daughter loved it very much. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.
