This Fairfield Hotel was EXCEPTIONAL in EVERY way! From Parker, who was very congenial & knowledgeable at front desk at check in, to EVERY SINGLE Staff person we encountered during our stay. ALL staff were responsive & timely in meeting our needs. For instance, letting us into the pool & gym area in a timely manner since it meant getting the front desk covered to do so, refilling the items needed during a busy breakfast. Which by the way was EXCELLENT for what we needed & what was served. Healthy by most of the choices offered & inclusive of additional choices otherwise that might be more appealing to children as well as PLENTY of COFFEE w/out a wait! In addition, your ENTIRE premises was EXCEPTIONALLY clean, calm & inviting! If your prices continue to remain this reasonable- a little higher than expected, but absolutely worth it for the way we were satisfied & it met our needs. We surely will consider your hotel at THIS location in the future & would not hesitate to recommend other families to stay also. THANK YOU for what you ALL do to make ours & others enjoy the stay. You ALL do a fine job representing this industry & chain well! Not always so these days. Good to know it does still exist!

stayed here because of the pool, Pool was just like pictured perfect temp met my expectations. Hotel was super clean, and staff was friendly. Free Breakfast with great options a bonus!

Only negative, it's a family go to spot because of pool area, I don't mind however pool area isn't so big so feels crowded and heard children jumping in rooms above all night which was annoying. Area is in industrial side, so everything felt far (20mins+)

Good location. Very clean and quiet.

Felt ill and needed location of nearest urgent care. Clerk at desk didn’t know (I’m not from around here) and offered to Google it for me, which I ended up doing for myself. Found a great facility just 5 minutes away. Did not eat breakfast as needed to get to doctor, but Keurig in room was lovely. When reserving the room via booking.com, a message appeared to say that for $11 more I could upgrade to a room with a toilet!!! What? Called the hotel to confirm that ALL rooms do indeed have toilets.

The place is always clean, and they have a great staff that puts on the breakfast every morning.

So it appears they recently installed motion sensing thermostats, so if you set the temperature for your room & leave it doesn't stay at that temperature. When you walk back in at the end of the day the room is warm and as soon as you walk past the thermostat it clicks on and 20-25 minutes later you have a cool room.

The room was very, very clean with very nice amenities. AC unit worked fine. Coffee was fantastic! Breakfast was very good. I liked the privacy shade that allowed light in.

Towels a bit scratchy, but not a problem at this price point. Bed was a little soft for me. Could have used a pitcher of filtered ice water at breakfast.

Very good. Ladies staffing breakfast were very cordial.

I prefer decaf tea bags, and you didn't have them. I don't drink the kind you offered. Luckily, I brought my own..

I chose this property because of the water slide they have at their pool and the location exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived to leaving. The staff were exceptionally friendly and you honestly don’t always see that.

The pillows weren’t the best.

The room was very clean and comfy. Pool area was clean and nice. Staff was helpful and kind.

The breakfast wasn't that great. I don't eat pork and they served pork sausage.

Service was great, pool is awesome the kids really enjoyed the slide. The breakfast was great as well, lots of different choices. The hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will be back soon!!
