Great location-near major highways. Helpful staff- booked me a similar room on highest floor for less noise and foot traffic. And front desk was always staffed. Delicious full breakfast- scrambled eggs and sausage EVERY DAY along with waffles, bread/pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals. French toast and bacon on some days, too. LAUNDRY!! - this was the tail end of a long trip for me and I was grateful for the use of their full size washer and dryer! Comfortable beds. Slept so well! In-room microwave and fridge. Looking forward to booking them again. (Not sure why booking.com is saying I’m from Canada. I’m from the good old USA.)

Location was quiet even though we were behind the Cracker Barrel and next to a highway. They upgraded us to a suite however it was more like an apartment. We had a separate full kitchen, living room, and a bedroom. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Front desk staff were very nice!

It would have been nice to have some fresh ice water in the lobby. Especially for breakfast. Maybe infused with some lemon. We've stayed at other locations where they provided this along with a late afternoon and evening snack (ie: popcorn or cookies). Also since we had a kitchen in our room it would have been nice to have some plates and utensils to go along with the pot and pans/cooking utensils that were provided.

The room was perfect and to our expectations. However, I expected the carpet to be shampooed from time to time. Let me say that the staff at the front desk were excellent and went above and beyond in their help. Thank you, Kathy, for making us feel at home and for your kind help. I like to have the little refrigerator in the room.

Shampoo the carpet and have a little table one can sit/eat on.

Close to my corporate meeting….clean rooms…and nice staff. Close to some nice restaurants and wineries.

The breakfast was a bit lacking. I would have licked some bacon instead they had plenty of breakfast sausage…not such a huge fan….the eggs….not too sure what chicken they came from….not a deal breaker though..

The pillows were great. The bed was extremely comfortable. And the housekeeper took care of the towels and stuff is expected. Give him a thumbs up

Only one ice machine. The guy making the food in the morning seem like he was upset that people were taking more than they should have. Every morning pretty much the same thing. But to have that evil eye looking at you making you feel like you're taking one slice of toast too many was just cheap.

Our toilet seat was completely loose, as neither of the plastic screws that keep the toilet seat were tightened. I took it upon myself to finger tighten them the best I could to secure the movement of the seat. The other very noticeable issue was the sink faucet of in the bathroom was extremely loose, but not leaking. There was no way for me to tighten it.

This is probably one of the best hotels my wife and I have stayed at. Very clean facility, bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked great, bathroom was very clean, water pressure in the shower was awesome, friendly staff and great breakfast. Hotel is located next to a bunch of food and shopping spots as well.

That the room was close to everything I would have needed access to like food store and Walmart

That the treadmill in the fitness room was shut down would have love to do my daily run and it was hot in the fitness room but I made it work out for a while

The room was spany clean and we had enough towels for the three people in the room. It was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast had coffee available before the 7AM breakfast start time, which I really appreciated. Check in and check out was easy with friendly representatives.

The room was sparsely furnished and didn't have enough lamps to provide light at night.

Location, check in and checkout communications by text and email. Very efficient and effective

Breakfast pastries can improve. Provide PA Dutch options (more local feel) Gym can be spruced up a bit
