Their breakfasts were good. You served yourself but they had different things to eat., eggs made different ways, waffles, cereals and more. However, some things you made yourself, but it was easy enough. Also, they kept coffee available all day and into the evening hours. Housekeeping always checked with you if you needed anything. Great showers!

Some of their bedding was too soft for me but that is just my opinion, others may be find with it.

The main desk man was exceptional upon arrival. I booked through booking.com and he couldnt find us in system. So he had another gentelman come out and help get us in the system and set up in our rooms. Couldnt have gone any better. You have great workers!! Breakfast was very good and lots to choose from. The rooms were very clean.

There was a softball tournament with lots of kids running up amd down the halls banging on doors and spraying water guns in halls. The parents weren't watching their kids at all

The hot water was either super hot or warm. Nothing in between. If you skipped one day of cleaning due to sleeping you were then kicked out of the order to have it cleaned the next day. Kind of strange and not happy about that

Our stay was a 10/10! The staff were accommodating, helpful and very friendly! Our room was very clean and quiet. The bed was VERY comfortable! Me and my husband both agreed we had the best nights sleep we had had in a long time. We will definitely be staying here aging!

Some furniture was a tad outdated & there were some stains here and there.

The room was updated and very clean. The bed and couch were very comfortable. The smart tv worked great and the breakfast was very good. Staff was very nice.

Upon entering, the chlorine smell was incredibly overwhelming. During the night, the fire alarm went on and off multiple times, waking us from sleep, just to go go off by the time we got to the door. We were never told what was going on during the night and were not offered any explanation upon checking out

The breakfast was good both days. The hot tub and the pool were great. We enjoyed the stay and the staff was very helpful.

What we didn't like was the fact that there were LOTS of ANTS. We saw them in the toilet room first and then in the main bathroom(shower room). My husband left his pants laying on the floor Tuesday night and Wednesday had a pocket full of ants. Not only that but they were all over the shower room Wednesday AM. We did tell the staff about it when we left and they were very apologetic.

Excellent staff, facikuties, breakfast..

The matress ans pillows were way, way to soft... back & neck was hurting after trying to sleep..I would suggest that it is very likely time to replace mattresses and pillows in room 316

This location was great. Right off highway. The breakfast exceeded what I thought they would serve for breakfast. Very good. Rooms were beautiful. I especially liked the shower was in a separate area then the bathroom. Pool beautiful. I would definitely stay again

The air conditioning unit was faulty in our room and there was no one to help with that. While the beds were great, the sheets were not. A lot of money for sub par accommodations

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was quiet even with most of the rooms occupied. The young man working the front desk was friendly and helpful.

My reservation through booking. com was lost/not received by the hotel.
