I stayed in this hotel for my cousin’s wedding that was in a nearby venue. It was very beautiful and clean. Initially, I was assigned the incorrect room but it was corrected quickly before I could unpack. The breakfast buffet was supreme. Although, I only ate the oatmeal, muffin and coffee, I was very satisfied. The entire breakfast items available looked fresh. The breakfast staff was very helpful in getting me ice for my coffee as I wanted to create my own ice coffee. The employee had a nice conversation with me. I loved the sitting area that had the fireplace also. I commend the manager of this hotel who has a very satisfactory operation.

I didn’t have any dislikes since I only stayed one night.

The soundproofing. The walls are thin and you can hear neighbours' televisions and conversations even at what appeared to be a regular volume. Even numbered rooms near the elevator (302, 304, etc...) looked out onto the air-con outlets which had a regular thrum to them, even if your air-con was off

I love the lobby area with multiple drink options. The cookies are a sweet little addition at check-in. The restaurant has great options with good service. The bathroom accommodations are really nice and smell great.

It rained while we were seated at the restaurant and it started leaking over our table. We made the restaurant staff aware and just switched tables.

Televisions didn’t work and I had to call the front desk for someone to come up after arrival. Several light bulbs were out in the suite along with the light on the makeup mirror but I didn’t want to have to call down again so I just left them as is. For the price, I would not expect small mistakes like this. Overall, it was a good stay, but attention to detail was not there.

Very clean. Safe location. Close to Target and a lot of different shops.

Initially they didn’t have our double bed room available but they automatically upgraded us to a junior suite. The junior suite was fine but the AC was not working so they upgraded us to the Presidential suite so ultimately it worked out.

Breakfast located in the hotel in a attractive and clean dining room, the breakfast itself was adequate. Not particularly tasty or well cooked.

The food was overcooked and dry.

The staff was nice and helpful

The other guests running through hallways and talking loud in hallways all through the evening and night.

We arrive around 10:30pm the front desk staff was warm welcoming.

The smell and cleanliness as soon as we walked in. Oh and the warm cookies!

strategic location, the warm welcoming cookies, the politeness of the staff, and the breakfast was delicious, and the setting of the dining was perfect.

the hair dryer in my room was not working
