I have to say that I was concerned about how the hotel was going to be given some of the ratings and comments. Keeping in mind that this is a 2 start hotel, I am not sure about many of the complaints. The parking was clearly lit at night; the halls did not smell of weed; the hotel was clean (it did not even look like that old of a property). Clearly this is not a resort, but for business travel or everyday, reasonably priced travel, it was absolutely fine. I was staying over with a patient in the nearby Chilton Hospital and I was completely satisfied.

I thought that the hotel wa absolutely fine. There is nothing that bothered me. It was clean, comfortable, reasonably priced. No complaints.

Close to doctors appointments

The use of cleaning sprays which does not agree with my asthma and was asked not to use it, but they use the spray in the rooms anyway. Rooms are cold requested extra blankets for bed and told they do not have extra blankets for the bed. And I know they do have extra blankets because the gentleman that does the laundry has a key to the other room where the other blankets are kept.

The property the rooms were very big and comfortable. Everything was clean. The breakfast was decent.

I didn’t like the shower in the Property and the towels wasn’t big enough to absorb the water that comes out from the shower, which was annoying because every time I had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the floor was like extra cold Jacuzzi was just too small for such a big room

Service was great but the cleaning staff didn't clean too well at all left trash in room left toothpaste stain on mirror n didn't mop floors they need to invest in new beds (bedmites) they didn't wipe down anything when they service my room .

Overall was an excellent stay. Was disappointed there was no pool with no reduction in the rate. Noone said there was no pool.

Can't really think of anything

Nice big room, comfortable beds, away from the highway - very quiet location. Beautifully decorated and nice landscaping. Pretty breakfast room. I'd stay here again if I was in the area.

Would have been nice to have a restaurant nearby to walk to. There was a KFC there.

Pros - Very friendly staff Breakfast provided On site bar Very close to a KFC Comfortable bed Spacious room I believe they have different style rooms. Our room was spacious with a fridge, microwave, and kitchenette area.

Cons - Maybe we didn’t look well enough, but we couldn’t find an elevator to use Our fridge would sometimes have trouble shutting all the way and didn’t cool our food items that well

Pretty nice facility. Definitely well maintained and cared for. Nice clean room, good mattress, no odors or issues. A good step up from more basic facilities. Whoever the owner is / manager is clearly cares about guest experience and keeping the property nice and tidy. Well done.

The continental breakfast is pretty much industry standard - mostly non-edible, flavorless or nasty flavored chemical and preservative ridden pastries and the coffee is basically just brown water with no flavor. It's branded coffee (Law) but it tastes nothing like the same brand of coffee I have when I visit the area elsewhere. Why not put in an extra dollar, and get much higher guest satisfaction equivalent to much more than a dollar in business and goodwill? The staff at the breakfast area are very nice. I'd love it if they could take the whole thing up just a notch in that department. I like the room but why be such tight wads about the coffee?

It was two full beds and and four of us siblings . and they charged me for the two of them . when we booked we did not see anything saying that .
