The staff was so courteous and genuinely expressed interest in us and our well-being. The room was so clean, I wiped all surfaces with a wet wipe and nothing dirtied the rag. Even the complementary toiletries were much higher quality than the average hotel. The breakfast was worth including in the room rate! We got anything you could have asked for, all fresh and delicious.... At half the price. Very filling, highly recommend the add on!

We really enjoyed everything so much, they went above and beyond! We didn't arrive until 1am, so they gave us a late check out. The only thing is, they didn't properly relay that message to all departments. Housekeeping knocked on the door several times, and the assistant manager called a few times as well while we were packing up. Once we got to the phone and told him we were leaving, they totally understood. That is just to knit-pick, honestly.... aside from the pillows being softer than our liking, this is the best trip we have taken in 15 years.

The room was clean, the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I would say that this facility did not offer breakfast as part of the room as other HIltons I have stayed at; like Norwalk Connecticut, and Hamilton NJ. I was there to attend a high school reunion, as I did not use that many things on the property. I will definitely stay there again and another Hilton property.

The bed was a bit hard, the coffee machine Keurig was a bit moody, yet it did work okay. They only gave 2 creamers and 2 coffee pods, had to plan my morning coffee by getting some downstairs in the lobby in the evening before.

From check in to check out, this is the best service I have ever seen, the reception staff is very courteous, the waiter at dinner was awesome, he recommended great food and drinks from the on-site restaurant, breakfast was great, the waiter at breakfast had very nice conversation and interaction with my family and helped us get settled at breakfast, the hot tub made me relax and the kids too, the pool was amazing, the room was clean, huge and comfy, we had room 114, near the pool, they had a well stocked shop if you needed anything, I will definitely come back, it was a very nice break...

The room is fully equipped, it's spacious and confortable. The aera is nice, quiet. The pool and jaccuzi were great and not crowded at all. Most people were very nice. The breakfast was really good and the restaurant good and convinient

The room seems a little out-dated, the decoration is not very modern but it's comfortable and the equipment are modern enough. I had a view on a big machine (air con?) that took all the view, and was noisy. We had some trouble with the invoice but we managed to find a solution very quickly.

I loved everything about this hotel!! From the warm, friendly staff to the cleanliness, I have absolutely no complaints only compliments!! The hotel is very close to the city (NYC) only a half hour ride for those that are looking for an affordable place to stay near the city. My family and I did the American Dream Mall for the weekend. The drive from the hotel to the mall was only 25 minutes. The breakfast was great and so was the waiter Reno! Housekeeping does a superb job cleaning this place. I normally stay at only 4 & 5 star hotels. The Hilton Garden Inn in Wayne, NJ should be recognized as a 4 or 5 star hotel. I've been to some pricy hotels over the years that were not as clean and the staff was not as warm and pleasant as the staff here. Book your stay here, this hotel will NOT DISAPPOINT!!

I sat in your restaurant, I ordered, the food was absolutely horrible. The bartender was excellent, however, and I did not complain. The restaurant feels like a cafeteria, and again, the food was very bad. Thank you and staff for your outstanding service.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. All was quiet. Rarely heard noise from the hallway or other rooms.

Refrigerator was not on when we arrived. There was no visible control and had to contact the desk for assistance. Ultimately got it working.

Property and common areas well maintained. Bathroom well laid out, plenty of counter space and hot water. Beds on firm side, but comfortable. Good temp control. Plenty of outlets. Staff friendly and efficient. Lots of parking.

Two pillow cases had permanent stains

The property is super clean. It had nice amenities including an on-site restaurant and the food was great! They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The gym was nice and had a peloton bike which was a nice touch for those with accounts. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. Everyone was super nice and helpful!

Roomers were load in the middle of the night so I had to call the receptionist, they did a great job.
