Andrea is an angel. She was sooo sweet, personable and a pleasure to meet. Their was a canadian soccer team dominating one of the breakfast rooms and she made sure that they had the space to go over their game day strategy and made room for guests to eat. She made our stay that much more wonderful. I also loved that they had a peloton bike and peloton on the smart TV in the room. Made it very easy to get a work out in. The morning breakfast was a nice touch. Great way to start the day. Everything from bagels and toast to Eggs and sausage to donuts and coffee. Their was such a wonderful scent in the halls. I was on the second floor so no sure if all floors smelled the same. We booked into this Hyatt after spending a night at the Riu Times Square Manhattan. Although that was a luxury hotel experience and super clean and modern. The beds here were much more comfortable, service here was much personable and we had much more space and a yummy breakfast.

Small gym but workable. Could be upgraded a touch but doesn’t take away from the clean aesthetic and good, welcoming experience.

The room was very clean and the fact that we can have breakfast in the morning was a Plus.

My only concern is that I really wish that the vanity was inside the bathroom instead of outside the bathroom, because it is very uncomfortable to get up early and try to turn on the light to wash your face and brush your teeth while everyone is still sleeping and you have to turn on the light because the bathroom does not have a wash basin inside but in the outside.

For our family of 5, the pull out couch was convenient. The complimentary breakfast was great! Lots of options, and all delicious.

The pillows were very flat, and the pull out sofa was not very well padded either. I would have preferred a fluffy comforter instead of a flat knit comforter. The bathroom was small, it was not easy to close the door, it was too close to the toilet. The ice machine was not conveniently located. Also, the pool was closed, and we had specifically looked for a hotel with a pool for our children to be able to swim. However, we hit traffic, and we were not there as early as we had intended to be, so we did not have time to swim anyway.

We came in from the south following Waze and it was telling us our destination is on the left . We get in the left lane to turn into the property but there is a barricade down the middle of the road. We then had to cross a couple of lanes to the right that was pretty tricky and go thru neighborhoods to finally get on the other side of the barricade to get into the property. It's not your fault, but it was a pain in the neck to do.

We came for a wedding, and it was nice to be able to meet in the lobby area with other relatives and guests over the course of our visit. It was also nice to be able to have breakfast - though I really missed decaf coffee. :) The room was a nice size, and the beds were very comfortable. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

The eggs were dry, there was no decaf, and though I'm guessing energy efficient bulbs are being used to light the rooms and hotel, it would be nice if they had a warmer tone - instead of fluorescent. (Not good for those of us who get migraines). The only other down side was the turnoff from the road - it comes along very quickly and is not well-marked. We had to go around, and many in our party did as well.

I like how it felt more like a small apartment/studio than a hotel room. The room was clean and the cleaning crew were punctual. In addition to their quality services, when I needed a little more time to check out, they provided me an additional hour :)

I wish there was more food options in the hotel. I was willing to have some real food options rather than a sandwich some snacks. If they are able to change that, it would be greatly appreciated. Besides that, I really enjoyed the experience!

The staff working here is exceptional. They are caring, thoughtful and professional. Very responsive to my needs.

The mattress was really worn out. I would have preferred one that was not so used. It also had an odor that was unpleasant. The staff did a really good job each day when making my bed - they must have noticed the unpleasant odor - they sprinkled some light scented oil on the bed which was delightful for a while but the odor did break through eventually each night.

Hotel was clean and the room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was warm, diverse and yummy.

It is hard to spot the entry to the hotel from the highway. Would be great if proper lighting and signage would be included right at the entry to the parking lot as well as on the main parking lot.

I enjoyed the convenience of billing the cakes and snacks to my room

I think the room could use some small repairs and cleaning the aeration hole in the sink, (not the drain). The hole in the sink is reflected in the mirror and you can see a lot of black dirt/mold inside. Also the bathroom door is so close to the toilet it occasionally got stuck.

Location is perfect and has short distance for a lot of entertainment places. Property is very clean. Front desk employees meet you and always trying to help. Waiting time for elevator is very short.

Breakfast wasn't good. It was so many people and a lot of missing food items. Waiting time was very long.
