The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was neat and organized, the breakfast was good and breakfast area always kept clean. The location is close to time square and Broadway.

For first time visitors in NYC, I would not recommend staying near times square / Broadway, the streets around and were the hotel is located, is filthy and many drug addicts around. Nothing against the hotel is just the area that needs some extra care.

Good location, close to the Theatre district and Madison Square garden, which was the purpose of my trip

I was much happier with the property then I thought I would be. I was pleasantly surprised in all respects- the front desk and breakfast staff were all friendly and attentive, breakfast was very good, and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. I felt like I was given good value for my money, and a very expensive city to visit.

They surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. We also received thoughtful attention throughout our visit, which really added a personal and heartfelt touch to our honeymoon. The location is perfect — just a short walk from Times Square, but still quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. The hotel was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a great variety to start the day. A big thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon so special. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future!

Good value for money. One of the best stays on Manhattan under $300 per night. Breakfast at the hotel is good, and you dont have to run around Midtown looking for coffee at 7 am.

Location is... NYC. This is a messy part of Manhattan, and NOT in a good sense. Homeless crowds, gangs, loud fighting on the streets at night, all of that all around. Add a bus terminal across the street into the mix and figure out the rest.

The hotel is located on 40th street beside the Port Authority Bus Station. Hence, it is close to many attractions being in Midtown. It is a high rise and had 6 rooms on our 17th floor. The elevators traveled fast. The room was large and had a king size bed. The breakfast was healthy. Jonathan at the reception helped us print a ticket, which was very much appreciated.

The bathroom did not have a vanity kit and the heater/air conditioner in the room was quite noisy. The breakfast room downstairs was relatively small for such a hotel with so many rooms; the queuing that took place for tables in the morning was an indication of this. The cutlery was plastic, the plates and cups were paper. We are not sure the hotel deserves four stars. We have stayed in other hotels which were better than this one and had only three stars.

The hotel is located in a very nice place, very close to Time Square and other attractions in Manhattan. The room is large and comfortable. The breakfast did not meet our expectations, it was of low quality and not tasty. Also, the choice was small. The staff speaks mainly Spanish. It has been a month since we were at the hotel, and they have not yet refunded the deposit. In other hotels they refund it immediately.

I didn't like the breakfast and the service. The reception tried to take the money from my card before arrival three times and each time a different amount. There was no way to contact them, since I was traveling at the time, but in the end I wrote an email and things were sorted out. They definitely created discomfort, And the deposit has not been refunded yet, a month has passed.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean, good size and have amazing view. Staff very nice and helpful. Location is amazing, right next to 42st with subway/bus. We never wait on elevator more that 5min. Glad that breakfast was included, waffles was amazing.

For breakfast, taste was ok, but it was everyday same options, and was missing fresh vegetables. Also I don't like that you need to use paper/plastic plates/cups. No other minus on hotel.
