didn't eat breakfast, as I was with my service animal, did grab a coffee for my ride home Sunday morning

nothing to do with your hotel, getting to it with the construction, road names on my trucks gps didn't match the street signs if I could find a sign. Really got messed up after an 11 hour drive to get there, got off the parkway and gps was telling me to take the entrance to get back on the parkway going in the opposite direction. It took daylight before I saw From Road on the parkway entrance sign

At Check in Mike was very helpful and cheerful. Romm was clean and comfortable. (We did not have breakfast.)

Location of this hotel was extremely difficult to find from the Garden State Parkway. We drove around in circles at night trying to find this hotel to check in. Also, when we checked out, the front desk staff could not direct us to the entrance for Garden State Parkway North even though the Parkway was right in front of the hotel! We were not happy that this hotel could not provide directions to access this major highway that was directly in front of the hotel. Many hotels provide written directions for guests available at the front desk and this would have been helpful.

I like how clean the outside property was, the cleanliness of the inside. The room was very clean with crisp white bedding and towels. The bath essentials were great to have. The breakfast for awesome every morning. The kitchen staff made sure the food and sitting area was clean at all time. Also, the elevators was clean and smelled fresh. I loved staying at the Hampton Inn, I felt comfortable and safe.

The only thing I didn't like, was the bathroom didn't have an adjustable side mirror that you could pull away from the wall for a closer look at your face. That would be a great add on to apply makeup/remove facial hair.

I would like to mention that the staff was great, but Malena at the front desk was awesome! The cookies were a very nice touch and very good. Had the hotel smelling like grandma's kitchen. The breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel. Great selection. There was something for everyone. The pool was clean and a nice part of the stay as well.

The cable was terrible. It stormed the entire time there, and the cable connection was scketchy. We already didn't want to go out due to the rain, but we couldn't even hang in the room and watch a good movie.

The breakfast was nice with lots of options, especially for a free breakfast. The front desk staff was really nice and friendly. We received thank you snacks and drinks for being Gold Members, which was a nice touch. The beds were decently comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. Location was convenient.

Non-dairy options and gluten-free options would be nice at breakfast.

I loved my stay. The folks at the reception are so nice and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious and variety is average. I loved that they had coffee, tea, and other hot drinks available all the time at the reception for free.

This place requires a rental car since public transport isn't all that available at that location. Still not a deal breaker.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Also, the room was quiet.

Breakfast was underwhelming. Scrambled eggs were cut into cubes, which was kind of artificial feeling. Sausage was tasteless. French toast was hard. Shower took a while to warm up and lasted for a limited time when it did warm up.

Loved breakfast layout and selections.....

Did not like the "barn door " aspect used between closet space and bathroom space. Felt like bathroom as not private enough with gaps on both sides of doorway.. Also made bathroom cold and drafty....

The location is very convenient. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The staff is phenomenal. They are so helpful and friendly. They really make you feel welcome.

Breakfast was not the same everyday. That was a treat because usually they are the same thing every day. Breakfast was very good. The food was hot and the regular coffee was delicious.

The staff was great and very accommodating and so personalable
