Facilities (nice heated pool, reason for choosing it), nice quiet room, cleanliness, restaurant/bar on location, good service overall.

Location is not pedestrian friendly, we used the train to get there, however given the location near the highway aimed at car driving guests for the vast majority, not a surprise. We stayed overnight for an early medical procedure the following morning, since the hotel is a short uber drive from the eye center, and it turned out to be perfect for our short medical tourism visit!

The location was perfect. Very close to family ,Staff was great. Housekeeping was wonderful, especially Sophia. Very accommodating.

Breakfast buffet could use more entrees, Maybe pancakes or french toast.

They need to be More aware of the customer to clean the room replaced towels and other things Iin room and room smells a little to humid

Everything the Staff, Hospitality, Service, Cleanliness the Breakfast Management ECT....I had a little situation with my booking but the Staff Members at the front desk day of check in and Manager Maria made me a Happy and Satisfied Customer Me and my Family will Definitely be returning again soon..Thank u For Everything 🤗

I didn’t eat breakfast after seeing the sandwich my son-Inlaw ordered. I’m don’t how that when you are making a sandwich you don’t see that the bread has mold on it. So I never ate at the hotel

The mattress isn’t comfortable

It’s beautiful I’m from elmwood park , next time I would like to save money I have AAARP and I never had chance to save some . My Grandma and me have a lot of fun at the swimming pool and it was nice and clean Thanks stuff are very are nice👍🎈

the tie was good for me i had to leave and stay by myself to think things over and reflect and everyone their and even the the food was excellent it really did me very good

the location was super convenient, it was clean and fairly nice.

the front desk manager had an attitude and seemed to busy to answer my questions and dismissed me. the pool ran out of towels as well and they weren’t refilled.

The room was very comfortable and clean and peaceful. The water pressure was amazing.

The manager or supervisor whoever the older short lady was she was very ignorant.
