We really enjoyed our stay at Element. We traveled there to see a concert at MetStadium and the Element is a great location for that. We took an Uber over to the stadium because, being from out of town we didn't want to try to navigate the roads. I'd also read about the parking problems and didn't want to have the hassle late at night. The first day, we went to the American Dream Mall which is right next to the stadium, and we drove in circles trying to find our way out, haha! The mall is AMAZING!! Highly recommend it for a family visit! The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, all of the staff we encountered were very nice and accommodating. Swim in the pool early in the morning and you'll have it all to yourself! The breakfast offered standard hotel breakfast fare, along with a hot dish option each morning (frittatas, bacon, pancakes), although the servings were small. We had two queen suites and were VERY impressed- a full kitchen with a dishwasher? Wow! I've never seen that in a hotel room. There is noise from the Club upstairs on Saturday nights, we were on the 4th floor and weren't terribly bothered by it, but I would think the 6th floor might have an issue. Parking will be a problem at night, and we were advised of this at check-in. As far as the Concourse Club is concerned, I'm sure it's a great place for 20-somethings to hang out, but don't go there for the food- not impressed. We would definitely stay here again!

Other than the Club upstairs, which is not part of the hotel, I have no complaints.

Had to ask for trash bags there was none in any of the trash cans and had to ask for extra towels and linen for the couch bed there was no extra in the room also upon checking in I booked through booking and the woman that helped me couldn’t see on there end that I paid so I had to pull everything up and show them while the woman beside her was very rude and was saying I don’t know what to tell you you will have to call them and they are not responsible for that luckily the woman that was originally helping me seen where I paid and contacted them

Nice hotel near the American Dream Mall and Met Life Stadium. Has a pool, fitness room, and a very nice breakfast. There is no restaurant on premise except for the nightclub on the top floor. We did not visit it. We had no problems with parking. Even with a wedding in the club. Heard a little music. The rooms have a kitchen. With plates, utensils, etc. Large bathroom. 2 full beds and a large pull out couch. The room even had a whit noise generator. Friendly staff and clean.

The pillows were a bit flat. Be aware that if you are visit the American Dream mall on a Sunday, 90 percent of the retail stores are closed. We didn't realize NJ still has this Blue law.

The breakfast was good! Didn't expect all the different options. Love the crepes and the mini eggs, and chicken sausage. The yogurt bar was amazing!!!

I thought our bathroom was going to have the black toilet but it was only in the suite. But when looking on the website it didn't specify that. So, when I made the comment of making sure we had it and we didn't. The response was will make sure you have it when I book online.

Beautiful, clean and super comfortable. The breakfast was exquisite, and the staff, including the chefs, were incredible.

It was a bit confusing to find from the highway, especially at night. We were not aware of the rooftop night club, and struggled to sleep with people loudly walking through the hallway on our floor, laughing and talking loudly all night. We didn't realize there was a white noise machine in the room until we got up in the morning, but honestly don't know how much that would have helped.

there’s a night club in the hotel that’s heavily patronized on the weekends which makes parking for hotel guest a nightmare. I’m glad this location is thriving with both the hotel & the club however the location, being right next to a car repair shop & a Wendy’s doesn’t leave much room to accommodate everyone’s parking needs Housekeeping isn’t done daily, they are assigned certain rooms on certain days. One of the 2 rooms I booked was cleaned on day two and the other wasn’t. Nor were fresh towels and wash cloths exchanged without request

The hotel was very nice and clean. Close by the stores and Waterpark. The staff was amazing. I highly recommend and this will be and my family stay hotel everytime we visit.

The beds could have been a little more comfy, but they were still to a good liking.

The room and location was amazing. Concourse club was great. Great view on NYC. Great food and drinks. Had a DJ for Friday night. Room was a suite with living room, room with closing door, and full kitchen.

Parking is not good because of the club where non hotel guests are parking

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The size of the room and the full kitchen was amazing. Also, the hotel was pet friendly which saved us from having to board our pet. I would stay there again.

The location maybe needs a parking deck, finding a parking spot on weekend was challenging. Also, breakfast could have been a little better. Especially on weekends, traveller's are more active and needs a more hearty breakfast.

This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and has the most impressive breakfast included! I've never had such a breakfast that included fresh made crepes with cream and fresh blueberries cooked right in front of you. I honestly thought they were fake, they were perfectly beautiful. 5 minute drive to Metlife Stadium.
