The room was very clean. And the free breakfast was amazing. Beds were SUPER comfy. Shower wasn’t the bed only cause I couldn’t move the shower head around. But besides that, the hotel in general was great

It’s in the middle of the exit of the turnpike so it’s super hard to come out the parking lot. AND the most hard part was trying to get back into the parking lot. Because you had to merge to get into the lot, but since it’s right at the lane of an exit from the highway, it was super hard to merge into the lane to try and get into the hotel parking lot.

I enjoyed the majority of my stay. I appreciate that cleanliness of the facility and the upkeep, along with the amenities offered.

My overall experience was great! However, the swimming pool had some type of soap or suds in it during the entirety of my stay. Although I still went in the pool, it was because I was REALLY looking forward to that part of my trip & had my heart set on time in the water. But I was the only one in the pool each time. I believe the suds or soap may have deterred others from using this amenity, despite it appearing to be "open" during its usual hours.

The breakfast was fine. The selection was good and I left satisfied. The room was spacious and very comfortable although I could neither draw the curtains or close the blinds. This did not affect my sleep and I got a good night’s rest.

To enter/exit the hotel is very dangerous since there is no transition to/from a very busy highway. I don’t know what you can do about it,unless we missed something,but whoever designed this made a very serious error.

The breakfast was nice, the towel were very fluffy.

They had an issue with the water and it would have been good if they would have told us before we got there. Since we were traveling for leisure we were pretty chill but if it had been for a work appointment, it would have been a deal breaker.

The location is great. The breakfast was more than expected. The room was comfortable.

There was no parking. I had to park on the grass. The gentleman behind the desk was trying to find a room for me. I went to the assigned room and it was booked. I had to go back down stairs to get another room. The manager said the hotel was fully booked due to a cruise. He assigned me to the fourth floor. The room was clean and comfortable.

Clean and comfortable. Nice beds and pillows. Breakast is good. And close to Manhattan. Gad station right next to it.

The only thing is the entrance. Must be very careful since is right off the hwy. And cars honking behind. Must slow down when you are getting closer to the hotel so you can turn into it.

The breakfast was hot and taste great. Nice compliment to my stay!

The pool area was dirty as well as the pool water didn’t smell fresh! Needed chlorine! Tiles was falling from the ceiling from what seem to be water damage during breakfast time! All I could imagine was it was water from a overflowing toilet!

Super clean, plenty of parking, room was nice and the lights lit up the room perfectly. Staff was helpful and the breakfast options were great. I forgot my hair brush and the complimentary comb at the front desk saved me.

No wash cloths but I’m seeing this more and more of hotels not providing them automatically. Housekeeping never came up with some when we asked the front desk

Excellent customer service from check-in. The front desk agents are alll very friendly. I believe Joseph was the manager during my stay and he does just that. I had the opportunity to experience what real hotel management looks like 👍🏽.

My only complaint is that the pool was being serviced..kids were disappointed. Also, no bacon for breakfast..lol.

How to enter in the parking of the hotel is not easy!! It's the highway so the cars are going so fast. There's an highway exit just at the parking.
