Pleasant hotel Friendly staff Good breakfast options Cafe manager Hendre was brilliant as we weren't aware that there were other breakfast options rather than the buffet. All the staff were friendly and polite It's under refurbishment but I will want to stay again once these have been completed.

Lack of housekeeping Carpets had not been hoovered till mentioned No clean towels per day only upon request No shuttle to city or transfer from airport available

There was a waiter in the restaurant that was exceptional. He was friendly and accommodating. He was the best staff member the entire weekend.

The lotion bottle remained empty. I informed room service and the bottle never got refilled. Also a man at the front desk didn't want to give us any cookies. We asked and he said they can't give us any because they have to have fresh ones for people's check in. SMH. Are they prepared on premise? When you see the cookies getting low prepare some more. We Stay at the DoubleTree because my granddaughter loves the cookies. So we stay there for the cookies.

Hotel felt homely and had good cable tv

Hotels location was a problem as it is not accessible by pedestrian access so we had to pay for ubers and lyfts to get us off the motorway to be able to make our way to the bus stop to get to the G. W bus station so we could get to the city. We also had to order in food through uber to be able to have a variety of meals for dinner as we would of had to pay for a ride to pick us up to go out each night. The hotel was lovely and the staff were lovely though just the location was not convenient.

The hotel staff was great; the layout of the hotel is nice, the hotel store was so convenient and had great items. The full bar tv and breakfast buffets was amazing.

The weight room was too small and had minimal equipment. It was also very cold in there. The pool was out of order. It would have been nice to enjoy the pool and weight room. The outside area near the pool area was full of trash! Someone needs to do a better job keeping it tidy.

It’s a hotel with free parking very close to the Armory Track. The staff is awesome. The breakfast was okay but the attendant made up for it with tasty cappuccinos.

It’s along side a highway and walking score is probably 0. The rooms are in need of updating/ maintenance but I knew that and booked anyway.

Extremely convenient to travel to New York City very comfortable stay a little thread, bear in spots, worn furniture, etc. could probably use with A little bit of a makeover staff was very nice and food at the restaurant i.e. breakfast was good

the staff was beyond excellent. they went "above and beyond " to meet our check-in and check-out needs. the location was perfect - parking perfect room was clean, comfortable , well supplied

nothing they could change. it's a little hard to get to when going west on rte. 4

The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious.

The fact that there no way to walk to the nearest bus stop. The amount spent on taxi/uber/lyft was a bit too much.

The hotel is located exactly next to the highway/freeway, meaning you cant’t access by walking. And no public transportation available, we spent almost 1 hour looking for walking route but no success ended up paying Uber for 29usd just to take us from the highway to the hotel. If you able to drive, then this property will be really strategic. if you travel using public transportation to get into Manhattan , then just forget it because it’ll cost more paying Uber since the bridge toll there is 20usd one way not including the fare yet.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Room and public areas were clean, location was convenient, A little pricey, but that is okay. Only problem was bed and pillows were not comfortable. I woke up with my back hurting the first night. 2nd night slept in chair and felt much better. Overall I had a very good stay.
