Great facilities which are relatively new and not worn out. Free breakfast is very accommodating although mainly continental.

Location off George Washington Bridge means paying tolls (circa $26 each way) on this Bridge only to get to Manhatten on top of existing taxi fares - no sidewalks means taking a taxi every time you want to venture out so when factoring these costs in, it may be better value to get a hotel in Manhatten instead at a higher price to use the subway (add another minimum $55 to your day rate for the GWB tolls...)

The breakfast was so much better than many hotels. The mattress and pillows where very comfortable. The water pressure and shower was amazing.

The hotel is excellent, the only thing which I don't like was to find transportation ( no public transportation) and waiting too long to find a taxi

Everything was excellent just one thing’s when we back from New York City by public transportation (bus ) you don’t have any access to the hotel must the bus stop in highway We have to walk a long and dangerous distance to get to the hotel. The municipality should build a pedestrian bridge connecting both sides of the highway Thank you.

Breakfast eggs were. Cold. Fruit gone quickly

The Accessible Suite was just perfect for someone who is wheelchair dependent, and extremely spacious. The only downside to it, was that it is located directly under the hotel's gymnasium. Which is officially open from 7 am until 11pm. And the noise and vibrations felt in the room when the treadmills and other equipment was being used. Did not make the room very enjoyable in the evenings or particularly in the early of the morning.Very badly located considering he rate paid for one of the King bed Suites. More consideration should have been given to the location. And an applicable lower rate or advice should be given to guests allocated that room. However excellent service and attention given by all staff met, especially Michael thevFront Desk Night Manager and Anthony the Head of Maintenance, Anthony in particular wentbover and above in his customer service approach

The location of the gymnasion located directly over a room with the highest rate of stay per . Also the room had a lovely appointed kitchen area and yet no cleaning substances were available for cleaning cups and other untensils. And very poor room service given. Very dissappointing

Excellent disability accommodations. Excellent communication. Great amenities. Great breakfast.

Very difficult/expensive to navigate to/from the hotel due to its location. Would have to walk on the road to reach the nearest bustop due to nearby construction and road layout. **PLEASE FIX - Google Maps navigates pedestrians and vehicles to an address behind the hotel - could not reach the hotel from there and had to order another Uber.

I like how clean the rooms and common areas are. I like the breakfast it was good they offered more than I thought they would. And I like the rooftop cliff view it was beautiful. I would book again

I didn’t like that they charged 200 damages. Most hotels charge 100. Also they don’t have a pool, only a fitness area .and they charge for parking which seems a little extra. Also the guy at the front desk said breakfast was until 9:30 when they only allowed it to be open till 9. So I did have to rush and a lot of people were expecting it to be open till 9:30 so lots of families missed it.

Literally all the hotel staff was professional, available and acccomodating with customer service. Clean rooms and restaurant/breakfast area

The breakfast looked incredibly delicious but fell way short. So weird. The texture of the scrambled eggs was so strange and the bacon was rubbery and had zero flavor. It wasn't because of the way anything was cooked. The bagels were chewy with a synthetic-like egg wash crust for looks. Breakfast sausage is always weird by default so I'd say theirs was pretty decent for breakfast sausage. The home fries were golden and crispy but had no flavor and were empty inside with no potato they were probably manufactured in a cardboard to food factory

Clean, modern hotel, friendly staff

The location is a nightmare if you’re booking it to visit New York, it’s located right in the highway, if you don’t have car you have to take Uber drive to the nearest bus stop which will cost apr 9$ and then ride around 35 min depending on the traffic, there is no way to get to the hotel on foot, in addition would be great to have more gluten/lactose free options for breakfast which I haven’t found none
