Great facilities which are relatively new and not worn out. Free breakfast is very accommodating although mainly continental.

Location off George Washington Bridge means paying tolls (circa $26 each way) on this Bridge only to get to Manhatten on top of existing taxi fares - no sidewalks means taking a taxi every time you want to venture out so when factoring these costs in, it may be better value to get a hotel in Manhatten instead at a higher price to use the subway (add another minimum $55 to your day rate for the GWB tolls...)

The hotel location, price, and cleanliness were up to the mark. Spacious room for a family. Amenities close by. Lot of parking in front and sides of the hotel.

I was given a room on the 6th floor, opposite me, a dog was staying with few some people. For some reason, the dog was continuously barking. Due to that, I was unable to sleep properly. On top of that, the location of the hotel is on highway, so the noise from road traffic kept me and my family alert all the time. I suggest hotel management to consider noise barriers or noice proof windows and doors for better customer experience.

The breakfast was so much better than many hotels. The mattress and pillows where very comfortable. The water pressure and shower was amazing.

Everything was excellent just one thing’s when we back from New York City by public transportation (bus ) you don’t have any access to the hotel must the bus stop in highway We have to walk a long and dangerous distance to get to the hotel. The municipality should build a pedestrian bridge connecting both sides of the highway Thank you.

The hotel is excellent, the only thing which I don't like was to find transportation ( no public transportation) and waiting too long to find a taxi

The Accessible Suite was just perfect for someone who is wheelchair dependent, and extremely spacious. The only downside to it, was that it is located directly under the hotel's gymnasium. Which is officially open from 7 am until 11pm. And the noise and vibrations felt in the room when the treadmills and other equipment was being used. Did not make the room very enjoyable in the evenings or particularly in the early of the morning.Very badly located considering he rate paid for one of the King bed Suites. More consideration should have been given to the location. And an applicable lower rate or advice should be given to guests allocated that room. However excellent service and attention given by all staff met, especially Michael thevFront Desk Night Manager and Anthony the Head of Maintenance, Anthony in particular wentbover and above in his customer service approach

The location of the gymnasion located directly over a room with the highest rate of stay per . Also the room had a lovely appointed kitchen area and yet no cleaning substances were available for cleaning cups and other untensils. And very poor room service given. Very dissappointing

House keeping staff .

I paid for breakfast and when we checked in the lady at the front desk told my husband breakfast was not listed . I had to go to the front desk and show the lady my confirmation. I believe she lied at first bc she did not press any buttons to change anything and then said she see it. Also the breakfast was a hit and miss and some food was cook throughly and items like the turkey bacon look raw and uncooked. Even the french toast.

Excellent disability accommodations. Excellent communication. Great amenities. Great breakfast.

Very difficult/expensive to navigate to/from the hotel due to its location. Would have to walk on the road to reach the nearest bustop due to nearby construction and road layout. **PLEASE FIX - Google Maps navigates pedestrians and vehicles to an address behind the hotel - could not reach the hotel from there and had to order another Uber.

I like how clean the rooms and common areas are. I like the breakfast it was good they offered more than I thought they would. And I like the rooftop cliff view it was beautiful. I would book again

I didn’t like that they charged 200 damages. Most hotels charge 100. Also they don’t have a pool, only a fitness area .and they charge for parking which seems a little extra. Also the guy at the front desk said breakfast was until 9:30 when they only allowed it to be open till 9. So I did have to rush and a lot of people were expecting it to be open till 9:30 so lots of families missed it.
