The maids where disrespectful maids was talking to my partner inappropriately

I liked the room supplies and how neat the place was.

Less housekeeping throughout the stay

It was great value for money, comfortable and clean

Depends on how close you want to be to the city, but it was in a distant area. Noting it’s very close to the subway station

Location was great, close to subway station to lower Manhattan. Staff was great- friendly, helpful, attentive and such.

There was not Fitness Room- I like to lift weights so a fitness room would be great. We did find a Planet Fatness not too far away and the front desk clerk gave us an extra hour so we could work out which we really appreciated! Also- Air conditioning was just "OK"- it got hot at night and I would like to have been able to turn down AC to 60 or 65 but it only went down to 67 so it got a little balmy. I could have opened the door to let in air from outside, but then we'd be dealing with polluted NYC air and the endless sirens that run all night. So- please provide fans in the rooms or allow AC to go lower!!

There was nothing for me to dislike

Staff and location were excellent .

I really liked that Hotel Mocha has 24 hour security!! I like that Hotel Mocha has surveillance videos of every hallway and elevator!!.I also like that my room has a key less, deadbolt lock inside my room!! I like all of the above mentioned security!!.

I didn't like that they charge for 2,,4 and 6 hours!! One woman with a man there for only a couple of hours looked and was dressed like a hooker-prostitute!! I didn't like that either!!.

The beds are big and comfortable. Location is also not that far from Manhattan and there is a train station nearby.

We can hear the guests next door doing their thing through the door that connects their room and ours. Shower head is loose. Water leaks from the seams when the shower is turned on. Also, the bed frame is so loud (sounds like a thin sheet of metal being wobbled).

I can’t even put into words how grateful I am for the outstanding front desk service. The effort the crew put into resolving my issue truly went above and beyond. A special thank you to Jashon and Patrick. I’m incredibly thankful for the way you handled everything. Wishing you all the best, Sandra

The staff at the reception was very friendly and they helped out whenever they could. Check-In and Check-out was quick and uncomplicated. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable.

It seems that some of the things in the room weren't working, like a couple of light switches and such. The shower seemed to only have cold water (it must be noted, it was december)
