That I was on the 4th floor would have liked higher, but it was ok. I liked that the fridge kept my waters extra cold. The view from my room was pretty nice. The thing I liked the most was spending quality time with my babe.

Front desk person hardly talking. The bathroom being right by the door when you walk in. The guest in the hallway by my room was very loud & yelling while I was trying to nap.

I was given a high floor as requested with a nice view. Front desk person was professional. I liked the frosted artwork on the windows. I also the bathroom mirrors good for taking nice pictures.

The only thing I didn't like was that there were no curtains to help block the sunlight Sunday morning. And the noisy guest next door who was very loud even over my tv. The soundproof room was not seeming so soundproof as previous visit.

The complete staff was amazing they help me out tremendously I recommend this hotel to all my family and friends and coworkers as well as my fans I came to NY for a week had a very bad experience till I came to this hotel all my fans and peers will hear about this Highbridge hotel is exceptional.. I give it a 1000 star..

It was clean but the elevator had a sign saying it wasn’t in operation but it did work.

The staff at the front desk weren’t very custom to American culture. Mostly Indian and not very talkative and was kind of kept at an off feeling but overall it was decent. Not bad at all but not great for what I paid.

I loved the property, my stay was great.

I didn’t like when I called, to see how much for the 1 night stay the person that answered told me it’s 250$ when i went on booking and booked for 116$ I called back to make sure it was booked, the guy realized he was speaking to the same person he was trying to scam, and hung up the phone. The stay was great besides that.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. I loved that I was able to park my car completely off the street. The room was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. There was a Dunkin nearby for an easy breakfast and coffee in the morning.

The neighborhood was a little questionable after hours. However it was very easy to get car service for transportation. Overall the hotel completely fulfilled our expectations and was perfect for our visit to the city.

It's a nice hotel in a bad neighborhood, but the City of New York has made noticeable neighborhood improvements

The shower handle was loose making hard to turn the water on and off. There was a loud child in the room next door, so it wasn't completely sound proof

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They let me borrow a phone charger when I needed, and security walked me to my room.

The entire hotel smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke, including inside the room. Someone had disabled the smoke detector alarm in my particular room. Mattress seemed dated and was too firm.

All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and appeared exactly as pictured. I felt comfortable and safe there. It was perfect for a 2 night business trip. There is even on site parking! Thank you!

There was not a desk in the room, but they promptly brought me one as soon as I asked. Perfect service.

Service and staff are awesome i love it stay there for a month and I had a great time treatment was perfect can't wait to take a time out again
