The room was luxurious, comfortable and spacious, and the hotel is clean and looks good and is very close to a mainline subway station.

Wi-Fi internet was weak and kept disconnecting, and kept requiring me to re-enter the password up to several times a day on each device. Room entry card bricked several times, which required me to go down to reception and have it re-keyed, which was done without any verification, which felt unsafe to me. Water pressure was weak.

Close to subways, good deli stores, close to Yankee Stafium

Elevator was very slow, staff arranged taxi which turned out to not be a real taxi, and he showed up very late. We would have missed our flight except for an airport employee who wheeled my husband’s wheelchair thru many barriers to the front of the line. Also we were NOT told he only took cash, and we didn’t have enough to cover the ride until our grandson remembered he had some that helped.

Waffle stand at breakfast! Charming touches all over the place. I loved it, and seems like everyone there is into going above and beyond, so friendly and helpful. Super cozy and clean and would absolutely stay here again. Really great value. It’s not the fanciest place in the world, but I didn’t want for anything there.

A little bit more noise proofing around the doors might be nice. The elevator was slow to come sometimes.

The hotel was very modern and clean, staff was kind and helpful. The room was big, the bathroom was great with modern facilities. It had microwave, fridge, iron but no safe. The hotel is really close to the subway station, only 5-minute walk. We would stay here again.

Breakfast buffet didn't have many options and didn't have fresh food (only cereals, yogurt, packaged sandwiches and muffins, milk and juice). Sadly the room didn't have lights in the ceiling, only lamps, which was a little bit dark. The hotel is in The Bronx which has a reputation for being unsafe, but the hotel is just across the bridge in the first subway station. This area looked poorer than Manhattan and we felt a little bit uncomfortable but not unsafe. The streets are wide and calm. We never had any trouble in our 5-minute walk from the 138st metro station to the hotel.

The room was extremely nice. The property was well kept. Parking was cheap and right onsite.

There was a $250 charge to use the sofa bed in my suite, which was not described in the details for my room. The staff were very strict with some people and not with others. They would not allow me to have more than one guest even though I had two beds in my room, while other guest had leagues of people in smaller rooms. I found that to be odd.

My room was very noisy. I was facing the street and the window could be 100% closed. It was not sound proof either. on top of that, in the two mornings of my stay, the alarm went off because someone exited from the emergency stairs. After complaining, the front office said they could not hear of see anything. Just too bad to wake up with an alarm !

Everything was great! Nice clean rooms and exceptional staff. Great location to get on the subway to go to Yankees game and into the city

$22 a night parking fee was a little ridiculous. It is a chain hotel parking should be included on your stay. First time I have ever had to pay for parking at a chain hotel.

Room service every day if needed, a working elevator and breakfast.

The constant slamming of doors especially late at nights and early morning when one tends to get their best sleep. Hated the sensory lights. They kept coming on even when no one was near to them.

The boys were mainly there to see a couple Yankees games. The room was clean and fine. Very convenient to stadium. Nice to have a fridge, microwave, coffee.

The shower doors need to be fixed! Would open on own while showering. Bathroom lights would turn off, because they were on a sensor. Area is not the greatest, but very convenient to subway and stadium. Very noisy early in the mornings, and should have do not disturb signs so cleaning staff doesn't interrupt early.

Somewhere in the lobby to fill water bottles would be a really nice alternative to using the taps in the room. The hot breakfast, bread and coffee could have been a bit better.
