The room was big and clean. The bed was big and comfortable. We had a room with two beds but we used only one. Breakfast was excellent, good value for money. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return

The bus stop to NY is conveniently outside of the hotel. To note there is no bus service between 3pm and 8pm Monday to Friday. All other times the bus is running every hour (every half an hour in the morning up to 11am)

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Felix, the receptionist and Antonio, the breakfast waiter were very friendly and accommodating. The cleaners were very attentive. It's a bit out of the way to visit NY, but this is made up for by the bus stop in front of the hotel where the bus comes every hour.

Location of hotel is really good as you can get direct bus to times square. Port authority bus stop. 167Q. Which is really convenient to move around

As a Hilton property, they must prove their commitment towards customer. As we reach hotel at 3pm which is our check in time. But the room was not ready. And they ask some more time. So we left and roamed around and came back at 6 pm. Even we were so tiered as we took 15 hours flight to reach new york and more 3 hours to reach hotel Once we are back at the hotel at 6 pm again, they ask for more time. Which make me burst on them

The hotel was well-maintained and had great amenities like a pool and gym, plus they welcome pets, which is a nice touch. The staff was outstanding—super friendly and always ready to help with anything you needed. Check-in was a breeze, and Felix at the front desk really stood out; he made sure my stay was enjoyable and even offered a complimentary upgrade. Getting to the city was quick, with a bus that runs every hour, taking just 20 minutes to Manhattan. My room was clean and spacious, and even though I could hear the highway a bit, the comfy beds made it easy to fall right asleep.

I loved everything. We stayed 1 night only. They had a pool and jacuzzi. The hotel is really well kept everything was cleaned and looked like new. The staff was nice. Late check out @ 12 and got a comp hr so left at 1pm

Breakfast is not free. It was 8 bucks if u just want fruit yogurt or cereal and 13 if yu want eggs and baccon. I have stayed places where it was free breakfast and it was the same food. I caught the maid coming out my room when I came up from breakfast and it was only 11 chk out is 12. The maid came 2 more times after I told her I was leaving at 1pm. She knocked once and walked right in on me.

It Was Very Interesting To Stay In The Same Hotel I Last Spent Thanksgiving (2018) With My Grandfather Before Passing. So It Was A Very Special Day; I'm Now A Mom and Back Then I Had Just Lost My Son. So It Was A Blessing. My Daughter And Sister Enjoyed Themselves Just As Much As I Did.

How Breakfast Is Served , There Should Be Two People Serving, A Cook and Cashier. Workflow Is Very Important.

Mattress was perfectly firm. Room size was good. Appreciated ability to open window briefly for fresh air. Kitchenette suited our needs. Felix was Amazing! Such a gracious host- helpful, worked hard to quickly yet thoroughly check in 5 of us who arrived at the same time. Answered all our questions.

Limited walkable access to restaurants. Limited delivery service. Would be nice if Fort Lee restaurants would deliver via Door Dash, etc.

Breakfast was alright but we loved location as we stayed in around greenery far from bustling cities but because of direct bus to new York it made our stay quite convenient, I would specially like to appreciate staff who were quite supportive & accomodating, specially Felix who is very welcoming & warm & kind. Keep up the good work

Mr Escobar at the front desk was such an amazing person. Started conversation right away made me feel extremely comfortable. I believe thats his last name as we had a conversation about last names since mine is a weird one (he has glasses lol) All in all he was great. Also Stephanie called me the next day because my daughter left her ipad in the room and she was nice enough to hold it for me. Great great staff!

Only con was my bathroom smelled like i lit up a cigarette, not sure if someone was smoking in the room next door.

The hotel was in a great location and easy to access. Felix was absolutely amazing! He greeted us with a huge smile and a warm welcome. He gave us tips on how to get into NYC for very cheap and a great places to eat while we were there. The bartender was equally nice! The staff made a purpose to check on us and made us feel very safe.
