Free underground parking 30 min to uptown via GW bridge or mid-town via Lincoln tunnel 1 bed flat with basic but all necessary kitchen set up comfortable space for a family of 3 travelling with a car tax efficient shopping in New Jersey - acessible to but also away from chaos of Manhattan river views, location close to shops and various restaurants breakfast is included and standard of the offering was satisfactory Managers of this property should be proud to have such an amazing team of housekeepers with positive attitude, kitchen and serving team who are always on top of things and keep all diding areas super clean and tidy. The team also have very positive internal dynamics which reflects to clients as a coherent approach across the board. We cant thank enough to Aysha at the front desk who worked hard at making our two week stay a pleasure

The property accepts pets. If you dont own a pet, the it means you arent familiar with the smells..etc come with spaces that accomodate pets over the long term. frankly, we had to change from our initially allocated room to another that hasnt accomocated any pets. For us it was a better experience.

The hotel is ideally located for those wanting to see New Jersey and New York without the constant rush of Manhattan. The room sizes are a welcome change compared to those I've stayed in across the river Great breakfast, something for everyone , coffee bar available free of charge 24 hours a day which proved useful with the jetlag. Wonderful views of the NYC skyline from our 7th floor room. The bus into port authority was just a short walk away. All staff I met were helpful and friendly. And a handy selection of shops just around the corner.

The sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable.

I liked the room, the breakfast options, in general the staff is very professional, proactive and friendly, specially the breakfast team and the front desk, they all speak very good Spanish and English, an added value. During my 9 days stay in August 2025, we stay here during my family vacations and the facilities/location was very convenient. I really liked and enjoy the kitchenette in the room.

The mattress in the sofa bed was not comfortable. I reported to the manager and due to a confusion with my reservation, they couldn’t change me to a two bed room. we worked it out, but it was very uncomfortable. Always review your final bill, before leaving I was extra charged and I had to call to the hotel and speak to the manager to receive my reimbursement for the overcharge.

Location: bus stops very near to the hotel. In 30mins to NYC Reception: super helpful. Upon reservation we've requested the highest floor which wasn't available when we arrived but after the first night we moved from 2nd to 5th floor and could move again on day 4 to the 8th which we decided not to cause the view to NYC from the 5th was spectacular enough :) Breakfast: staff very friendly and big variety to choose from. Waffles on Saturday & Sunday. Maintenance: we had a leakage in the bathroom which was fixed within minutes after calling to reception.

I prefer the showerhead able to take by the hand too.

The room was very spacious and convenient. It has supermarket and target nearby. The kitchen was provided with pots and pans along with utensils and cutting boards. Front service staff were very nice and quick to respond to my problems. I requested for input remote and HDMI cable which they nicely provided for us.

The set up of the room was a bit weird as the tv was facing the wall, not the bed or the sofa. We asked for house cleaning but towels were not changed and washing machine detergent was not replenished.

The property was in a great location for us. We had to take a bus into the city but it was only one bus away and not very expensive. We loved the breakfast that was provided every morning. Staff were friendly and checked in on us while we were staying and all of the staff members we encountered were all lovely.

My only suggestion would be is to provide some bottled water in the rooms. Also the way the tv was placed in the room was strange because it wasn’t facing the couch or the bed. So I would change up the set up of the room.

Rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. Bus to Manhattan nearby. Staff helpful.

Breakfast was nothing special. Our room was just beside a very noisy AC unit on the roof and was very loud all night despite windows firmly shut. In hindsight we should’ve asked to change room.

Lovely location, friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast selection, generous size rooms - fully equipped. Good transport links into NYC, Lovely view of Manhatten. Good selection of restaurants, shops & supermarkets in local vicinity.

The mattress on the sofa bed was a bit thin but a quick visit to Target for a mattress topper did the trick!!

Location , best desk and housekeeping staff than at any other Homewood or Hilton group we've stayed in, big room, bottled water, Nice linens, lots of pillows,, well appointed kichen.

Bad breakfast.Alot of choice,but nothing that tasted good.. Water pressure in showerNicest desk staff, big co could be better,dresser drawers kept falllng out..No bathtub.

I stayed the second time in this hotel. We had plans for the city but also in NJ. The bus station to go to NYC is right at the hotel and car stayed in the garage. The room was super comfortable and the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Yes the hotel has no restaurant but meanwhile there are plenty of places around.
