Comfortable and very clean room, spacious and has high ceilings. Polite staff, Safe location and nice neighborhood (30 min to the NYC by bus, and the bus station is right in front of the hotel, big plus!)

A practical, no-frills clean hotel with reasonable rates and free parking, at a half hour bus ride from NY midtown. Gym and free breakfast, with actual eggs and toast and pancakes, included. We had a room big enough for four with space to move around. The area seemed safe overall.

The bus going back in the evening is infrequent. There are a few more routes nearby but you have to comfortable with figuring out public transport or reckon with $50 taxi/Uber fare.

The breakfast is enough however the tables and chairs in the breakfast area are quite limit. My daughter likes the TV with streaming app. The room is big. The gym is great. Parking is enough. There are a few restaurants near the hotel.

The bus ride into NYC is not as easy as it looks. There are quite a few buses that take you to NYC. I stay at the hotel for 5 days. I only use bus number 127 which has stop across the street from front of the hotel. The other buses to NYC have stops on other streets. As a foreigner who has not been to NYC for 30 years. I do not feel safe walking to other streets. I arrived for check-in around noon. There was no one ahead of me. There was one staff at reception. He was not on the phone. He was working on some papers. I did not know what he was doing. If I remember correctly, I stood there 5 feet from him for 10 minutes before he asked me to check-in.

The hotel had amazing accommodation. The room was very clean and check in process was smooth. The location is very convenient if you plan on staying outside of Manhattan as the bus stop was only a couple of minutes away. The bus would run hourly and stopped in Times Square. The commute is not bad at all but it does require some time to get to and from Manhattan. They offered a nice breakfast but there is not much variety. The menu would repeat every other day but it was tasty nonetheless.

The room was a bit noisy as the windows were not double glass and the main road close to the hotel was busy. For light sleepers this can be bothersome.

We had a wonderful stay! The room exceeded our expectations: spacious, comfortable and above all very clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

I find the breakfast options a bit too sweet for European tastes. A more varied selection might be beneficial here. Normally, I love egg dishes, but I couldn't quite enjoy the powdered eggs. Of course, this is just my personal opinion, and I'm aware that we in Austria tend to have a bit of a different breakfast. ;)

Property was clean and spacious. We liked the air conditioning and the free breakfast.

We prefer earlier check in time to be available for those who are arriving from overnight flights, although we asked the hotel 1 month in advance to check in earlier it it was not available. The laundry was out of order during our stay which was inconvenient. We prefer daily housekeeping without having to inform the front desk.

Location was close to my daughters so that was great

Reported these issues to the front desk Remote control batteries were dead. Got another one from the front desk and the batteries were low The digital thermostat on the wall. Batteries were dead, and the shower faucet was clogged or barely sprayed any water so I had to unscrew it in order to get water to come straight out of the pipe and reported all of this to the front desk.

I had a great stay at this hotel in North Bergen! Everything was super good – the parking was convenient, the breakfast was nice with a decent variety, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.

The only thing that could be improved are the pillows – they were uncomfortable. Aside from that, everything else was perfect. I’d definitely stay here again!

Every thing is fine, bus very convenient is 3 mins walk going to the bus stop, 30 mins to NYC, the place nice, clean and breakfast good, very secured place.

We got bad experienced , when we come back to the hotel at middle of the night after a long day walked ,when we go up to our room, our room its not working with the key card, it needs to fix something wrong with battery, we stay at the lobby for 30 mins to wait untill they fixed it,

We had a great stay! The hotel was clean, tidy, and felt fresh throughout. The room was well-maintained and comfortable, and everything was exactly as expected. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was a nice touch and had a good variety to choose from. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!
