The room, staff, location, gym, breakfast counter. Second time staying here, and found it to be excellent value for money.

One fire alarm incident but quite fun watching several fire engines turn up with sirens to a false alarm (not caused by me btw), bathroom door issue (fixed it), microwave not working but it was replaced with a fully working new one very quickly. No bath plug but got round that problem. Minor issues that were remedied either by myself or the friendly maintenance man.

Convenience to transportation, restaurants, and lots of parking place. Walking distance to Walmart if needed. Utensils and cooking ware available on request. Was able to cook simple meals when tired of eating out. Large room and comfortable with a full size fridge, room was clean. Was skeptical prior to booking due to other reviews, but my first stay exceeded my expectations, so I extended my stay with them 2 times after.

Breakfast was muffins and oatmeal. Some ants, but nothing crazy.

I absolutely Loved this Hotel. It was very clean, very quiet, safe. The area is the best part, not only do you have a bus 2 minutes away from you that goes to central New York but you also have Dunkin, Walmart, chipotle etc. literally 10 minutes away ( walking distance ). I didn’t talk to staff a lot but when I did they were nice and respectful. A deserved 5/5.

Regarding liking the location is very good as bus stop is very near and all the shopping stores like WALL MART and other stores are very near to this hotel. Regarding breakfast This is not good as every hotel has more then what they kept no fruits no juices, no egg. Only they kept small muffin and biscuit and coffee.

Cleanliness is concern there is no one there to clean the room even on request and you know that if the room is not clean for 2 days then there is bad smell comes and some sometime mice is also there. this is with request you do something for the cleanliness as the location and all the other enmities are very good and staff is also very help full.

The location was perfect. The bus comes right to the front of the building to take you to New York

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. It was clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean . There was a bag over the smoke detector but after looking at the other reviews o am guessing they did that so the alarm wouldn’t go off. Others had issues with that. The alarm didn’t go off during my stay

Staff was very nice. The room was big and clean, with a view and sunny. We were very close to a bus stop (320) that went directly to downtown New York and it got us back past midnight. We left at 11h38 but they didn't charge us an extra fee ! Big fridge, sofa, TV, dishwasher, microwave. Overall very satisfied!

It was a little disappointing to have to order a kitchen set, but we didn't cook so it was okay. The fire alarm went off at 10 AM because some people were cooking (they have a new system that's very sensitive to insure that people are not smoking).

We liked the location, the spacious characterful room, the comfortable mattresses, the breakfast, the large tv, the cooking facilities, the hot shower and bath. Excellent value for money.

The fridge was a little noisy at night, the fire alarm went off a couple of times but was silenced again quickly, the communal corridors areas needed some attention.

Wasn't alot of people. Noone bothered us. Had the kitchen so I could make breakfast in our room. Liked full fridge for drinks snacks etc for kids.

Beds were small only double beds. They we remodeling. Continental breakfast was only muffins and coffee I expected cereal fruits etc as most places have. There wasn't much parking a large parking lot across the street not sure if you can park there though.

It’s a really good value for the money, one of the cheaper places around. The staff is just excellent, very helpful and nice, we encountered three people at the reception during our stay and all of them were wonderful.

Don’t really count on the breakfast. It’s supposed to be an “granola bar”, but there are just packets of instant oats, that you can mix with hot water in a plastic cup. we were there for two days, came to breakfast always at around 8 and there was only coffee left every time :(

Giant room with a living room and kitchen. Very comfortable bets. It only takes like 15min to get to the center of Manhattan using the direct 320 bus and the stop is right next to the hotel. Very easy! If you want to avoid the exorbitant prices of hotels in Manhattan, this is a great alternative. The pool is also pretty good!
