The best place we stayed at during our entire trip in America. Finally — proper breakfast! We stayed for a couple of days and the breakfast selection was varied each day. The room was great, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. Excellent connection to New York — the bus stops right in front of the hotel, and the ride takes about 15–20 minutes. A round trip is quite cheap, around $9.70. We rate this hotel very highly!

The only downside was that the curtains didn’t fully close, so in the morning, sunlight came through the gap.

This is a great hotel. It is an easy bus ride to NYC, also many restaurants and Walmart/Sams Club within walking distance which was super convenient. The rooms are spacious. The hotel is very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful ! Nice QPR!

It’s not a brand new hotel so yes some things are kind of dated but did not bother us

Breakfast and parking were free. The bus stop to go into Manhattan was steps away and said bus stop had a ticket machine. Very straightforward layout. The plants were real! The room was spacious. The room also had a water station which was interesting.

The breakfast could have been better with some fresh fruit but it was free so I can't complain too much about that. The rest of the hotel was dated. The lobby was horribly decorated. The chairs in the dining area were god awful. The room had a sad living area and the bedroom portion had a terribly sad chair in one corner. The lighting was terrible in every way.

Location. Lots of restaurants (Outback, red lobster, Starbucks, etc are all in walking distance) around. A chase branch is just across the hotel. Not far away to Metlife stadium and American Dream Mall. Bus near the hotel takes you Manhattan Port Authority. Free parking beneath the hotel. Considering the traffic, it takes 20-25 minutes to midtown Manhattan by driving. I guess this is nearly the same with the bus shuttle Rooms (suites rooms) are very spacious Very helpful staff Air conditioning was okay Nice Manhattan skyscraper view from the window Mini fridge (no freezer part) and the microwave both work well. The breakfast is more than okay. But the coffee taste should be much better. Omelette and pancake stations were very nice

The furniture, even the wall sockets are very old. But they are functional. Walls need painting. On a particular morning there was a real noise of the newcomers in the early morning. We found out that several meetings were going on at the hotel and nearby convention center

This was a great hotel! Rooms are huge and clean. They provide everything needed. They also had a fridge, a coffee maker, microwave and an additional sink in the room. The bed was comfortable too. Great location!! The bus stop is practically in front of the hotel, if you are going to use it. Breakfast was super good with many options. Made to order omelet station. Lots of staff busy cleaning tables, dealing with trash, etc. The hotel overall was very clean. I think it’s a great place and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The breakfast was wonderful. I love the location. The rooms are very comfortable. I had an issue with my bathroom sink, but I didn’t stay for too long so I dealt with it. The workout room was really nice. I love that. There’s so many food options nearby walking distance, and a grocery store walking distance.

The pool was disgusting I didn’t realize that after I got into the pool on the swimming around and found a whole bunch of hair that was not mine all over my body I was very upset and disgusted. It looked like the pool hadn’t been cleaned in a few days. We got out the pool, cleaned ourselves off in the bathroom and went to the gym to continue morning, enjoying the amenities After we were done, we showered, packed our stuff in checked out

The staff was wonderful, there was a delicious selection of items at the complimentary breakfast, the room was clean & comfortable. Also the check in & out was very painless and easy.

The only thing I didn’t like was the parking garage, there were no signs as to where you could go out to get go our hotel I ended up walking all the way around past the LA Fitness because I didn’t know where to go out. Maybe put signs up for each hotel that has people parking in there.

This hotel is a budget friendly hotel, next door to a shopping centre and across the road from a bus stop that takes you into NYC central. It's not flash, but is adequate and clean. Our room had a microwave and small fridge and a water filter (that didn't work). A buffet breakfast is included. It also has a pool. We took the bus a few times into NYC, and Ubered back to the hotel in the evening (which can be expensive!). It was an easy process to purchase your bus ticket from the machine at the bus stop. We ate out at restaurants near the hotel. It is a great alternative to the expensive hotels in Times Square. There is also a Walmart nearby which is about a 10 min walk.

Breakfast is buffet with fresh omelets and pancakes made by dedicated staff. Staff is responsive, friendly, and always ensuring everything is clean. Nice sized double rooms. You either get two smaller beds that fit 2 in one room with the living room having a sofa bed, or a queen in both main bedroom and living room with sofa. I've stayed twice in both styled rooms. The pool has life jackets for little kids to use. Someone is always attending the front desk.

The beds were good, but if I have to give a negative, maybe update the mattress. This is me trying to find something bad, but you will be just fine.

I really liked the view from the room, especially the elevator on the way up. I think it was very unique but maybe it’s because I’ve never been to an indoor patio hotel like this. The vines on the railings added that touch of uniqueness I was talking about and since it was almost Halloween there were decorations inside that were later added during my stay that made it feel more inviting. There was a scary 9 foot skeleton that turned on every so often and it roared every so often, it was pretty funny. I really felt like home over here and the staff were extremely friendly. I wish I could have stayed longer or even bought friends but unfortunately I couldn’t this time. Will be coming again!
