The best place we stayed at during our entire trip in America. Finally — proper breakfast! We stayed for a couple of days and the breakfast selection was varied each day. The room was great, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. Excellent connection to New York — the bus stops right in front of the hotel, and the ride takes about 15–20 minutes. A round trip is quite cheap, around $9.70. We rate this hotel very highly!

The only downside was that the curtains didn’t fully close, so in the morning, sunlight came through the gap.

This is a great hotel. It is an easy bus ride to NYC, also many restaurants and Walmart/Sams Club within walking distance which was super convenient. The rooms are spacious. The hotel is very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful ! Nice QPR!

It’s not a brand new hotel so yes some things are kind of dated but did not bother us

Breakfast and parking were free. The bus stop to go into Manhattan was steps away and said bus stop had a ticket machine. Very straightforward layout. The plants were real! The room was spacious. The room also had a water station which was interesting.

The breakfast could have been better with some fresh fruit but it was free so I can't complain too much about that. The rest of the hotel was dated. The lobby was horribly decorated. The chairs in the dining area were god awful. The room had a sad living area and the bedroom portion had a terribly sad chair in one corner. The lighting was terrible in every way.

The staff was wonderful, there was a delicious selection of items at the complimentary breakfast, the room was clean & comfortable. Also the check in & out was very painless and easy.

The only thing I didn’t like was the parking garage, there were no signs as to where you could go out to get go our hotel I ended up walking all the way around past the LA Fitness because I didn’t know where to go out. Maybe put signs up for each hotel that has people parking in there.

The breakfast was wonderful. I love the location. The rooms are very comfortable. I had an issue with my bathroom sink, but I didn’t stay for too long so I dealt with it. The workout room was really nice. I love that. There’s so many food options nearby walking distance, and a grocery store walking distance.

The pool was disgusting I didn’t realize that after I got into the pool on the swimming around and found a whole bunch of hair that was not mine all over my body I was very upset and disgusted. It looked like the pool hadn’t been cleaned in a few days. We got out the pool, cleaned ourselves off in the bathroom and went to the gym to continue morning, enjoying the amenities After we were done, we showered, packed our stuff in checked out

Breakfast is buffet with fresh omelets and pancakes made by dedicated staff. Staff is responsive, friendly, and always ensuring everything is clean. Nice sized double rooms. You either get two smaller beds that fit 2 in one room with the living room having a sofa bed, or a queen in both main bedroom and living room with sofa. I've stayed twice in both styled rooms. The pool has life jackets for little kids to use. Someone is always attending the front desk.

The beds were good, but if I have to give a negative, maybe update the mattress. This is me trying to find something bad, but you will be just fine.

The hotel is a great location, whether you're going to the event center next door or a quick 6min drive to Metlife. It's part of a large pavilion of hotels, restaurants and shops; once you're parked you can really walk anywhere. The fitness center was cleaned regularly by staff as was the lobby and main concord. The price is also pretty solid as it also includes free parking in their parking garage and breakfast. There's also a bar on the premise if you're interested in it and the main concourse area had plenty of seating for hanging out post events.

I feel like the room could have been a smidge cleaner. We found quite a few bobby pins on the floor that weren't from us in both the main room and bathroom. The breakfast itself was good, shoutout waffle makers, but the functionality of it was a bit off. You couldn't bring food back up to the room and had to use a voucher to enter the breakfast area.

Loved the location near so many restaurants, and Wal-Mart was a short walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very open and spacious. We had a king suite, which was a king-size bed in its own room and a sofa bed in another room. Both rooms had a TV. Had a small refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was exceptional! They had made to order omelets and waffles. They had bacon, sausage patties, fries, oatmeal, apples, oranges, various breads, and bagels. Several flavors of muffins and cinnamon rolls. Different coffees, hot water for tea, various juices, and 3 different types of milk. There were containers of ice water as well. I can not say enough about the breakfast! There is plenty of seating as well. The breakfast staff was so very nice and friendly. They have a parking garage as their parking. You may need to drive around a little to find a spot, but we didn't have an issue.

The bathroom door didn't shut. I'm not sure if some need to cut off the bottom or what to shut.

Everything was good. Clean rooms, fair rate, simple but decent breakfast. They offer free parking (there is three level parking lot). There is also a bus stop right around the corner where the 320 takes you to NYC very quick and cheap.

The location is perfect. It’s close to take out food and a Walmart. It’s also close to transportation to nyc. The parking is free but limited. The staff is very professional and friendly. The facilities are very clean. The pool stays open til 10, which is nice because most places close the pool at 9.

Breakfast should start at 6 am. It starts at 7. The pullout sofa didn’t have sheets. We had to call down twice for a set of sheets. We stayed during a heatwave so the pool was murky from sunscreen.
