The hotel was in a really great location. Just a few minutes away from the bus stop which was only 10 minutes into port authority. The room was very clean and was a great size including a sofa, microwave fridge and bathroom with shower and bath. The hotel was self check in with a code for the front door and room door which was easy to follow. For the price it was an absolute steal and the value was amazing for being so close to the city. The bed was comfortable and the air con worked great. I forgot my passport in the room after I left and the hotel manger was very helpful in getting in back to me.

The complex is a little noisy (people talking in hallways, doors opening/shutting etc) at times which was the only downside but it wasn't enough to bother me and didn't effect my stay at all.

otherwise everything is fine. the room was almost clean, the location is great. the price is super.

Big trouble with parking. around parking for locals, and you can't leave the car for more than 2 hours. had to take away to find a place and take the car to a paid parking 5 miles from the hotel. the room is quite small. you can't adjust the air conditioner yourself. The buttons don't work and it's controlled simply by "turning it on and off without changing the temperature"

It was extremely clean. I had a issue with the door code and the staff sort it out really quickly, she was always available. Had a dunkin just crossing the street to get my breakfast and 1 block away from the bus stop. In less than 20 minutes I was in the midtown.

I think it would be helpful if there's some cutlery, plates and mugs. Since I saw there were microwave I wrongly assume Id be able to have some food, however, it was not possible. Apart of that, all perfect

The property has everything you need, around the corner you have the bus stop taking you into NYC and it’s 3.50 one way. Convenient, clean, great value for money

The room was a good size and equipped with a TV, fridge, and table. We also had a private bathroom, which was great. The hotel is very well connected to Manhattan, with buses running every few minutes at $3.50 per person. We had no problems with self-check-in and check-out.

The WiFi was quite unreliable, making it challenging at times to even check the weather.

The room was clean and tidy, and very comfortable, quiet hours were well respected. Great restaurants within walking distance. Bus stop within five minute walk. We would stay again.

I was overall pleased with our stay

comfortable bed, TV, clean, easy check-in procedure, good customer service. close to midtown NY, just go in front of the postal office and take any bus (even private ones, all cost 3,5$ to NY)

room 6 had a recurrent issue regarding the toilet, didn’t flush properly. hopefully now it’s fixed. slow internet
