Nice hotel to stay and go just for sleep and maybe business travel !!!

The receptionist was very unprofessional and unhelpful make me wait like 1 hr to check in and was really confused 🫤

Room appeared to be recently renovated. Fixtures in the room and bathroom were new and modern.

There were people in the parking lot listening to loud music until late at night. The area of the hotel is industrial, so not a good location for the type of stay we had.

It was a basic place to stay.. It's definitely not a place I'd stay more than a night or two. But for a simple overnight stay where you won't be in the room a ton, it works. Wifi and TV was nice to have along with the microwave and mini fridge

I reserved a king bed and it was not available upon arrival so we got a room with 2 full size beds. Little less comfy for a couple who wanted to stay in the same bed. Place was slightly run down (holes in the bathroom door, shower was wobbly against the wall). Had a slight aroma to it so if you are smell sensitive keep that in mind. Area it was in is a little riugh around the edges but its close to a bunch of surrounding places like new york and downtown jersey city.

Damn smoke detector went off all the time

1) Strong flush from the toilet. Strong drain in from anything. 2) Closed Caption? I can’t remember which one - on TV or YouTube via Nintendo Switch. (I’m deaf with sign language) 3) Good Wi-if. Almost not need to get a new password that often. 4) A “soda” machine, such as Pepsi, Diet Pepsi and others. But it costed two dollars for one bottle. 5) The front office sells the sweets and ramen on the selves behind the chair, behind the window where you front-stopped by. (They sell Oreo, cookies, Ramen and others.) 6) Some digital displays behind you in the office. :) 7) an ATM machine. 8) Random people, a lot of Indians - They surprised me when I stopped by per day sometimes. When I looked up, I said “Oh. Different person.” They looked nice. 9) Indian staffs are nice, and look good. All of them look good, seriously! 10) Maids / Cleaning staffs DO work a lot and CLEAN around between time to time. 11) Everything what I needed in the room - such as the refrigerator, the microwave, TV, WiFi and others. 12) Big room, big bathroom. 13) Nice parking nearby! 14) They do communicate through the messages sometimes between our times! 15) First-time experiences in NJ. 16) Surprisedly, all Indian staffs DO communicate with me as hearing / deaf, through writing the papers. Nice works! Thank you, everyone!

1) My TTY (the phone for deaf) wasn’t working to communicate through the phone line / the wall, despite the phone was working like some noise when trying to hear. (My TTY worked from different motels, like press “711” or “9711” for the Relay service, the Relay service would response. The Relay and I would use a 3-call way with random hearing person. This TTY wasn’t working with this motel for some reasons.) 2) A lot of noises outside, near the traffic and drivers on the bridges and the roads. Especially, on July 4, 2021 like yesterday, fireworks popped loudly like crazy for some hours. I thought I was deaf! :( Crazy big-bang! 3) Bugs. One or two small bugs came out of the bathroom sometimes. I killed and flushed them! 4) Some tub had dirty black spots. Sometimes, black spots looked like bugs. They could be camouflaged. They reacted differently when I came in. 5) Low-pressure water in the sink. Weak water. But strong water from the tub. 6) I hate the driving roads, and rage-road drivers, randomly when exiting from this motel. But this motel has nothing with the driving roads and rage-road drivers. Lol So far, not too bad. Not too bad for me. If you hearing people don’t mind the noise from the streets or the highway, then you are fine. ——————————— I stayed there about one week or more. The room itself was OK but I had requested a smoking room and I didn’t get it because they had made a mistake. I was not offered a discount or anything.

When somebody booked a certain type of room, they should get what they pay for it I did not.
