The hotel is ideally located for those wanting to see New Jersey and New York without the constant rush of Manhattan. The room sizes are a welcome change compared to those I've stayed in across the river Great breakfast, something for everyone , coffee bar available free of charge 24 hours a day which proved useful with the jetlag. Wonderful views of the NYC skyline from our 7th floor room. The bus into port authority was just a short walk away. All staff I met were helpful and friendly. And a handy selection of shops just around the corner.

The sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable.

Location: bus stops very near to the hotel. In 30mins to NYC Reception: super helpful. Upon reservation we've requested the highest floor which wasn't available when we arrived but after the first night we moved from 2nd to 5th floor and could move again on day 4 to the 8th which we decided not to cause the view to NYC from the 5th was spectacular enough :) Breakfast: staff very friendly and big variety to choose from. Waffles on Saturday & Sunday. Maintenance: we had a leakage in the bathroom which was fixed within minutes after calling to reception.

I prefer the showerhead able to take by the hand too.

The property was in a great location for us. We had to take a bus into the city but it was only one bus away and not very expensive. We loved the breakfast that was provided every morning. Staff were friendly and checked in on us while we were staying and all of the staff members we encountered were all lovely.

My only suggestion would be is to provide some bottled water in the rooms. Also the way the tv was placed in the room was strange because it wasn’t facing the couch or the bed. So I would change up the set up of the room.

Rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. Bus to Manhattan nearby. Staff helpful.

Breakfast was nothing special. Our room was just beside a very noisy AC unit on the roof and was very loud all night despite windows firmly shut. In hindsight we should’ve asked to change room.

Location , best desk and housekeeping staff than at any other Homewood or Hilton group we've stayed in, big room, bottled water, Nice linens, lots of pillows,, well appointed kichen.

Bad breakfast.Alot of choice,but nothing that tasted good.. Water pressure in showerNicest desk staff, big co could be better,dresser drawers kept falllng out..No bathtub.

I stayed the second time in this hotel. We had plans for the city but also in NJ. The bus station to go to NYC is right at the hotel and car stayed in the garage. The room was super comfortable and the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Yes the hotel has no restaurant but meanwhile there are plenty of places around.

Perfect location for visiting NYC without paying a fortune within NYC for a hotel. Close to the Weehawken Port Imperial for the NY Waterways

The only downside was that the Sauna was not operational during our week long stay. We brought this to the front desk’s attention but it was obviously deemed unimportant as the problem was not rectified. We had intended to make daily use of this facility after long busy days in New York City and was one of the primary reasons we chose this otherwise excellent hotel.

The location is more than perfect. Only few minutes drive to my favorite Japanese grocery store. Easy drive to New York city. We chose to go to NYC on a Sunday so no problem with traffic at all. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. I like the high quality shower gel they provided. Everyone working in the hotel were friendly and helpful. No problem with check in and check out. The bathroom is spacious. I like the kitchen area which was very practical, you get a microwave, stove, fridge, sink and pans and pots, dinnerwares and utensils. I really like the indoor parking which has direct access from the hotel. The complimentary breakfast has many choices of fresh fruits (Banana, apple, orange, fruit salad with pineapple and melon) and they have many variety of food for breakfast. I will definitely stay here again in my next NYC trip.

For some reason the air conditioning blows right toward my head while in bed, and there is no way to change the direction of air flow from the air conditioning. I needed to turn it off when sleeping. The bathroom was a bit outdated but functioning well. I also found the water flow from the shower is a bit too low. There is no kettle in the kitchen but I managed to boil water in the microwave.

Staff were friendly. Michelle, Adam and Carlos at front desk were wonderful! Ino kept breakfast food stocked and brought me a box so I could bring food up to my kids. Gabriel kept lobby, restaurant and hallways looking very clean. It's so nice to find a hotel were all of the staff are friendly to guests. I really appreciate large bottles of soap, shampoo etc... much less plastic waste.

Our ac was not running properly our second night. Room was at 80 degrees at 1130pm. Adam from front desk had come up earlier to try to help adjust thermostat. When it didn't cool down, Carlos the overnight front desk clerk was great about finding us a room to sleep in for the night.
