Had microwave and full fridge in room. This place has had a light remodel so it's priced less then rest in the area. My mom and I stayed just 1 night. Room was clean and made nice. The money we saved booking it paid for a big dinner. If you need fancy need not to go here. I thought the free breakfast could have been slightly better.

Bed lights were not working but everything else was good. Breakfast was coffee and a nutrigrain bar. Something hot would have been nice.

Large space in room for 2 people. Comfortable bed. Kitchen availability to save on eating out for all meals. Guest laundry services to save on clothes to pack. Staff is very friendly and remembers us with each visit.

Everything ran well with staff and facility. Really no problems. We were happy with our stay. Maybe automatic front doors when transporting your baggage in and when you do a little shopping.

Checking the bathroom light to see if it worked. I called the front desk to report but they couldn't come so late. So I let it go. Had to wash in the dark and couldn't take a showerl

Room was clean + neat. The AC was at 61 so when I entered the room felt like the north pole. I guess better than being hot.

Breakfast had 2 corn muffins and one Nutri Grain bar out for its patrons (nothing else) + coffee. no half & half.

I love that they have a wonderfully accommodating and friendly staff! The rooms have a full fridge, and being able to cook is a huge plus! My room is clean & quiet. There is laundry on the premises, which also takes added stress away. What a wonderful place to stay. 😃

Amount of space in room and bathroom. Easy sign up for wifi. Guest laundry services. Love having the kitchen available. Saves on eating out or take out.

Really nothing. I have been here a few times since the fall and Christmas season. Staff has been very friendly and helpful with all needs.

The two female front counter were friendly and very helpful. The one girl that was there when I checked in and checked out went above and beyond to help me.

The guy that was working the day shift on Sunday. He was very short and made me feel like I was asking for a million bucks and not some kitchen utensils. And lastly is signage. Not very visible from road.

The location and facilities

There was no luggage room to keep luggage in between check in or after check out. Also, after checking out, while waiting for our vehicle, my wife wanted to use the restroom and sadly she couldn’t because we had checked out and there was no restroom outside the ones in the hotel room

TV worked well and was easy to use. Everything worked as expected. Room was secure and very neat and clean.

Cleaning service missed the very top rim of the bathroom sink under the lip of the counter. It's easy to miss unless you get down close to see up to the very top of the sink.

Nice and clean. We had dog crates that we didn't want to carry (to big) so they had available luggage carriers we used, nice convenience. They had a full kitchen less the oven but it was a nice convenience. I felt safe there.

There backdoor locked and wouldn't open with the room key so we had to walk all the way around in the rain...ugh.
