Although the location was great, trying to go in the opposite direction due to the concrete barrier was somewhat time-consuming and inconvenient. Otherwise, the location fit our needs. The staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous!

Nothing major at all, but two bars of soap would have been helpful due to two sinks (one in the bathroom and the other in the kitchen area). We didn't realize from the pictures and online information, unfortunately, that there was more than a mini-fridge and microwave; there was actually a cook-top, apartment-size fridge, cabinet and counter space, etc.!

The cleanliness, big, bright, plenty of parking. Needed a place away for the evening and it did justice on that

The parking lot ground could be more leveled, a lot of cracks. My room the water in the shower continued to fill, the water took forever to go down. The toilet paper holder kept coming off and half the lights in the room didn’t work. Wanted to use the pool and/or hot tub and neither were available. I think for the prices breakfast should automatically come for free. All other things were good.

Location was convenient to our travel route. Lobby was nice and bright, room was nice size and clean. Breakfast was way above the usual. Waffles, bagels, breakfast burritos, hard boiled and scrambled eggs, fruit, and more. If you don't like the buffet, you can order from the kitchen. We asked for a lower floor room and they put us on the first floor.

Can't think of anything negative.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The largely young team made a very good impression and was always helpful. You can see that the hotel has been renovated a lot and is still being renovated. The room was exceptionally clean and the food in the hotel restaurant was very good.

Was looking for a commutable to NYC hotel for work, and the Doubletree by Hilton in Nanuet was great. Close to major highways. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I thought my room was great. It was super clean (to me, that is the #1 item of importance!) and well equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, and a single cup coffeemaker with coffee that was pretty decent (and liquid Coffeemate vs the powdered stuff). There’s a restaurant on premises, but I didn’t try it. It was quiet at night. I slept very well!!

Did not find anything to dislike.

Staff was very friendly, pleasant & professional. Had question about AC unit, maintenance arrived right away to check it out. Room clean, beds comfy. Warm cookies received at check in a nice touch!! Location convenient to nearby cities.

Could use more hooks to hang towels in bathroom & bath towels were a bit rough but did not ruin putt stay!

Buffet was fine. No wait, enough choices. Very clean. Hotel location was good; parking was easy to access.

I did not see the waffle maker the first day and ended up getting the French Toast, which said it was on Challah Bread - it was not. I should have been told or Zi should not have been charged. I left a $5 tip because I suspect staff are underpaid. It was annoying to see a tip added on the final bill. Again, I should have been told. The room was clean but showed wear and tear. The office chair had rips/missing fabric. The wall paper was peeling away from the wall. The lighting was poor and the AC unit was loud. I have stayed in many different Hilton family hotels and expect more for over $200/night. I doubt I will stay at a Double Tree again.

The room was very comfortable and QUIET..even though the hotel was full. Good bed. Great pillows. Nice bathroom.

Only two things: 1) the electric plugs - while abundant and well placed - are very loose. My chargers had a hard time staying plugged in. Kind of precarious. 2) some more hooks or towel racks in the bathroom it would be more convenient and comfortable

The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting at the bar, getting a snack, and talking with the bartender and other guests. She was very friendly and informative.

The light from the desk lamp was dim. The sign directions from our room to the bar/restaurant took us a very long way. Later, we learned we could have more easily returned to the lobby and walked outside a short distance to the bar. It was only a problem for us because my husband has trouble walking.

If you're looking to stay outside of Monsey, this is the perfect spot. Clean, comfortable, well priced. Value for money, and perfectly located. Exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay there again

I left a pair of trousers in the room and only realized after we checked out. I called a few days ago and spoke to the reception and housekeeping, and they told me that they haven't found anything
