I stay here often, as my Dad lives around the corner at an assisted living facility and I fly in from California to visit. The location is so convenient. Easy to get to Westchester, NJ, NYC.. near tons of shopping, etc. The restaurant is good and they have a nice pool and a gym.

They really need to put in an automatic door open at the front entrance. I know they have an ADA entrance around the side, but really should have it at the front too. I’m not handicapped, but it always bothers me to have to manage holding the door open while bringing in heavy suitcases. It would feel more professional, inclusive and welcoming if they installed an automatic door at the front entrance - that’s an investment they need to make. A minor thing is to have an overhead light in the room, rather than only lamps and pump hand soap instead of bar soap for hands - it gets messy since there’s no soap dish.

The room was very artsy, interesting and clean. The breakfast was ok, average. However, the dessert Creme Brulee Cheesecake was amazing! Hotel is pretty and the staff was very friendly! The location is great. Nyack is a beautiful town to explore, very picturesque with a variety of shops and restaurants.

The food menu lacked specificity, especially if you need to be on the lookout for certain ingredients. Room service took over 1 hour and food was average. The pool closed too early at 8pm. We didn't like that they charge you $100 deposit (yes, to be returned BUT within 3-7 days)

Room was perfect ….clean and AC working appropriately for our arrival. I loved the FOOD at the restaurant….small menu but all outstanding!!!! My respect to chef….he is a gem❤️……i loved the smell in the open area of the property also having cold water jars out for public to have….one with lemons as n d tint of cucumber , second pink lemonade….

Most of all….the POOL….its an expanded bath tub!!!!!! Beautiful hotel, great rooms, fantastic food….only to end up in a “bath tub “ size pool…..BiG Disappointment….also the quality of the cleanliness of the pool was questionable…..but having so many rooms for guests….

It's the only hotel in Nyack. It's nice to be somewhat central—although you'll still have to drive everywhere. The room was massive and well-styled, cohesive with the rest of the property. That was cool. And, the later (noon) checkout time was definitely appreciated as I felt less rushed in the mornings. Other than that, everything felt like a standard stay.

Y'all must be joking with the cost of the (expired) concession items. Expired sweets of all things and $8 for a bottle of Fiji water? I left thirsty as heck. Goodness.

I chose this to be a luxury night before we flew back from JFK the next day after a 10 day trip. It was about 1hr 20mins from the airport so good location for that. The room (junior suite) was beautiful, spacious, nice decor and very comfy bed. Good shower and lovely bathroom. Good meal in the restaurant.

What the photos completely fail to show is that this is right next to a motorway, so the noise is horrendous leading to a poor night’s sleep. I think that’s misleading. The hotel wasn’t full and yet they put us as close to the road as we could have been which was a strange decision. Reception staff weren’t particularly welcoming or helpful. Our waiter in the restaurant was super. Coffee facilities in the room were poor, only two sachets of decaf coffee, powder creamer and paper cups.

The location was great, easy on/off at the highway. We loved the urban look - not your typical hotel stay, was beautiful. The outside pool was lovely with plenty of comfy seating and a hot tub too. The restaurant on site was convenient. It was quiet and everyone was so friendly! I enjoyed a fresh glass of pink lemonade when we arrived! The room was clean and cozy! We only stayed one night passing through town but we will come again!

Spa water in the afternoon, coffee, tea, and fruit in the morning. Fabulous meals in the restaurant, and very nice ambience! Had a grain bowl with salmon for dinner, it was delicious, well-priced, and too much food! I would have liked to have seen a quicker and more affordable breakfast option on the menu, however when I asked if they could just do an egg sandwich as I was in a rush, they quickly made the most beautiful and delicious egg sandwich I've ever had! (I love them, but didn't know they could be attractive lol.) They only charged me $8, which was nice too. Staff was so nice and friendly and accommodating.

I would have loved to have seen coffee/tea in the afternoon/evening. Though your lobby offerings are so nice I hate to be greedy. :-)

Breakfast was very good. Our waitress was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Excellent we’ve done that before and everything was great.

It was just a little busy checking in and we had to wait for a while for our room and actually never got a text that our room was ready which was a little bit unexpected. I had to go in and check and I was told my room was ready, but never got a text.

I loved the overall decor. Everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Location was very easy to get to.

I never did figure out how to turn on the shower, thankfully my stay was short! I felt the room and bathroom were a bit dark, especially when trying to put on makeup. The lamps were all cool but more lighting would have been better.

Every staff member I interacted with was professional and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Bar was nice. Cucumber water and homemade granola bars were great. "Free" electric car charging. "Credit" towards food and drink. Lots of outdoor amenities that would be great for a spring/summer/fall visit. Had a Kimpton-y vibe. Would definitely stay again.

Pillows didn't quite work for me, but that is super subjective. A $25 resort fee is added. That said, there is a $10 food and drink credit and free EV charging, so that defrays the cost. I would say that the location isn't necessarily the best, but it wasn't an issue either.
