We had a very pleasant stay at the M Social Hotel Times Square in New York. The location is perfect for exploring the city - close to major attractions and convenient for getting around. Our room, located on the 26th floor, was quiet, clean, and very comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat from the busy streets of NYC. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Armando, our waiter at breakfast, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming - he really made our mornings more enjoyable. Location was amazing! Right in Time Square! The view was exactly what my family wanted to see. The windows were able to be open as well which was nice to be able to hear how the city never sleeps!

The hotel says it has parking included… however it was across the street and they take your keys and your car and basically lock it away which is fine however the people parking your cars barely speak English and treat you as if you are stupid. Then the hotel is supposed to give you a voucher for parking well guess what they don’t so we ended up having to pay an extra 120 dollars just for parking! If I would have known that I would have picked another hotel! Plus the front desk wasn’t very much help at all!

Great location. Close to everything and near the subway. Amazing views. This hotel has a really great vibe when you enter the lobby. The rooftop bar was an excellent place to relax at the end of the day. The restaurant was also very good . We had a great stay.

Reception staff were not very welcoming. The hotel closed the whole rooftop bar one evening for an event. That didn't really affect us , but if you were only here for one night it would have been very disappointing.

Great Location of you want to be in the center of everything. Nice staff, very nice terrace.

Some watch outs-no water dispenser which we tried worked properly, when we told it the front desk the answer was to fill the water bottles in the gym. A bit inconvenient when you are on 31 floor. Also when your room is in the lower floors you will see a lot of lights coming from Times Square commercials

Family friendly, clean, comfortable and well located. Storage reasonable in room. Beds comfy. Towels reasonably sized. My kids loved the games in the lobby and we all loved the beasts and butterflies rooftop views. Hotel has a very relaxed/informal atmosphere. Times Square view room provided a great view down into the square from a few blocks north.

Bathroom was small/tight for a family of 4 - but manageable. Elevators can take awhile. Otherwise - all good.

The hotel was beautiful, staff friendly, and helpful. Restaurant food and view were amazing. The roof top area is cozy for cooler nights, lots of seating, and you can bring drinks out there.

There was only one area that was bad in the room, the bathroom. The bathroom shelves had a layer of dust, and the shower head was dirty with black build-up. I didn't use the shower head.

A little more machines in gym .. Still waiting to get my 400 dollar s deposit back, which is required when u check in, meant to be refunded within 7 to 10 business days still not refunded over a month later and numerous emails

This is a trendy hotel within a couple of minutes of Times Square. Only 10 mins walk from Central Park. It has a busy and noisy bar and lobby area but plenty of comfortable seating and a lovely view. I especially liked the rooms. We were on the 22nd floor. It was peaceful, away from the noise. The beds were extremely comfortable with great mattress and pillows. It was kept clean by the excellent housekeeping staff. Good shower too. Enjoyed the cocktails and the IPA.

They could do with clearing and cleaning the tables in the bar area more often.

The location absolutely can't be beaten! We love the roof bar and music. I was super happy that there was no smoking allowed on the roof.

The room service food could have been more diverse. The breakfast line was a bit long some days, but the breakfast staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Great location, surprisingly quiet at night. Clean. Friendly staff. Luggage check very helpful.

Thermostat was set to 70 all day, but the temperature in the unit would not come down below 80. Since it was January, we eventually just opened the windows and turned off the thermostat, but it was surprising nuisance for such a high end hotel. Also, the bathroom shower curtain was about a foot too short so the bathroom floor got very wet whenever anyone showered.
