Continental breakfast is too conservative a term for what we experienced. Hot, fresh food, a wide variety of choices, and a bright , clean, serving area and seating. We ate at about 7:30am, and most of the other hotels I've been too, everything worth eating is GONE, and what's left is dried out or burnt by that time. I really appreciated the effort put into everything.

Honestly, I was thrilled. The hotel was so nice and such a great value, I'm actually planning to return sooner than I usually do. The hotel is only 3 or 4 blocks from the Metro North train station, which will take you rght into the city.

Clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff. New building. Walking distance to commuter train to Manhattan (30 minutes from midtown Manhattan). Ask for a southern facing room on a high floor for a very nice panoramic view of Long Island Sound.

Temperature of room was difficult to control. Room did not have enough places to store items (for instance there was not a single drawer in the room).

The room was super adorable 😍 I had the room with the single queen bed. Free breakfast was tasty 😋

I didn't like there was no mention of the fact the parking garage was next door to the hotel. Parking was $17 per night. No mention you needed to check in 1st and get your parking pass before moving into the garage. The driveway area is quite small and you could be blocking others in as you get out to check in.

Breakfast was great — many choices. From an upper floor, we had an unexpectedly LOVELY view ! Comfortable room and wonderful bed and pillows .

Not a big deal , but the reading light by the bed didn’t work. We asked front Desk ; they said no one was available for maintenance until Monday.( we checked in on a Friday night…)

The parking is in a parking garage next door, and it costs $17 per night. It runs 24 hours, but it's all valet. I would have liked to get my car out on my own, not have to wait for it. That was my only issue. Other than that all the staff were helpful and friendly.

Staff are very unfriendly some with attitude. If you have a concern or a question they will give attitude they never smile .

It’s in the city with many restaurants within walking distance, or, a quick DoorDash delivery as we did.

Parking is next door and is valet only. This requires that you get everything you need quickly from your car and cannot return for something later.

Clean in a good location to downtown. But you need to have more signage leading one to the hotel from main street .

Difficult to locate if persons are arriving via bus or train. Especially at night.

Its only the parking arrangement is not very good, having to move with my luggages to the next building with no help not so good. My suggestion. If you get someone on standby to help guests move their stuffs and i will gladly pay for such service

Close to my son. Convenient Downtown location. Garage parking. Clean. Pleasant & accommodating staff. Breakfast with room rate.
