The location is great everything was in walking distance. My family and i enjoyed our stay.

What we didn't like was the $75 early check in fee. Sometimes people arrive early when coming in from a different state.

I liked the location, covenant free parking, the staff was very helpful and accommodating.& The room was very clean. They also make safety & security a priority!

Only one thing, my daughter misplaced her prescription medication so when I got home I called to see if they found it. I unknowingly called the corporate number and a person named James answered. As I tried to explain my problem he kept talking over me loudly. He started giving me the phone number for that location. I asked him to give me a minute to find a pen and he just kept repeating the number over and over then hung up on me. Once I found the number on my own and called the desk in the lobby they were very helpful! That was my second stay at that location. My daughter has health issues and she had medical appointments in the Bronx and I live on long island and I will absolutely stay at that location again!

I thought it was nice that there was included parking, which is somewhat rare for NYC. The little vending machine in the entrance has a lot of decent stuff in it for hotel stays -- not the usual selection. The staff was prompt and courteous and available all night. The rooms were clean and air conditioned -- the wifi worked.

The parking lot was a little small and crowded by the end of the night but free parking is free parking in NYC, was still happy to have it. Wasn't really in my plans but if I had made any friends with my wife at the concert who we wanted to hang out with we wouldn't have been able to -- there's a strict no guests policy and they ID everyone staying in the room. Overall no real complaints though.

We liked the Cleanliness, the size of the room and bathroom. Really appreciated how the parking lot was located at the back and is closed off with only one way in and out. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The hall light in our room wasn't working, reported it at the desk shortly after checking in and was told it would be fixed about 8 pm that night and it never was fixed over our 5 night stay. Also, there was no bathtub mat or anything, so standing in the shower was a little slippery. Also, it would have been nice to have a chair of some kind in the room.

Good location( 15-20 minutes walking to mall center), comfy bed, complementary coffee, clean., access to Netflix, they don't ask you for a deposit like other hotels ,which is definitely a plus! Friendly staff, ATM in the lobby and vending machines that also provide with hygiene products.

We had to wait like 20 minutes to do the check in, because there was nobody at the front desk. We also had to go to the front desk because our card didn't open the room. Not enough toilet paper in the bathroom. But these were just minor things that can be fixed and improved. Apart from that, everything was ok. We're definitely staying again!

That the bed was comfortable

The area how far away everything was from the hotel even in walking distance. Nothing good to watch on TV channels. I also didn't like how everyday I had to get my card reactivated as if I checked out daily Had to ask for tissue big towels and wash towels while the crew was in the hallways they never knocked on the door to clean my room nor stocked it before my stay I had one big towel and the shower mat only. Oh and let me not forget they offered " bagels coffee and other items" as breakfast but never told me that as a paid guest if I have to give a star coming from Chicago to New York to visit it would definitely be a 2 star ⭐ rating

I didn't like the way I was treated when I checked in the manager really treated me and my guest very horribly like we new the procedure that were put in place.and if you don't have I'd you can't check in..I said I made a reservation and paid by booking,çom I don't know about any policy your stating he said fine I cancelled your reservation and go somewhere else I was very upset

Elevator was out order, no coffee pot, and 2 big garbage cans across from my room door, it should have been in the kitchen area

Location is cool depending on ur trip...

Water shower / flow. Needs to definitely be heavier.. !.^ flushing toilet is a hassle..move buttom...shyt.

We appreciate that there's a still a descent place to stay that is affordable.Prices are crazy in the city, and this place is nice for the price you pay.

The cleaning staff has to pay more attention to the common areas. Some guests use them and don't clean what they use ( microwave, coffee table) so please keep that in mind because if you don't, the place can be disgusting in a couple of minutes.
