This is a very attractive hotel and the rooms are well designed. The location is good with many shops and restaurants close by. It is also convenient to the highway. The hideaway bed was surprisingly comfortable.

During the afternoon, there was a barking dog in an adjacent room. The owners were gone for hours. We stayed at the hotel on a weekend and several times guests were talking very loudly in the hallway well past midnight. The doors to the room are solid, but they do nothing to block noise. Although, inconsiderate behavior by guests is difficult to completely control by the hotel, it was disturbing.

LOCATION IS VERY PRACTICAL ...WALKABLE SUPERMARKET ...SHORT DRIVE TO ROOSEVELT MALL & VARIOUS RESTAURANTS STAFF ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING, BOTH FRONT DESK & HOUSE KEEPERS, GREAT ATMOSPHERE FOR REST & RELAXATION, BECAUSE EVEN GROWN UPS NEED A "TIME OUT"🤗

THE VIEW, TREES WERE PRETTY & SKY WAS VERY NICE BUT ONLY OF A DUMPSTER & PARKING LOT, NOT HAVING A WALK IN SHOWER, ALTHOUGH BATHROOM WAS ROOMY MAYBE A SMALLER SOFA TO FIT A MINI DINING SPACE WHEN BRINGING IN TAKE OUT

This manager Ain canceled my reservation saying that the carpet had stains on it. When I asked her what stain she said she didn't know when I informed her the room was clean before I left and if there is a stain can you tell me what it was because we didn't have anything that would leave a stain she said she doesn't know .How can you ban me from a hotel and not tell me what is the reason .When I got to the hotel the where stains on the couch and the tv was not working properly overall she gave me a bad room then tried to blame me for it. She would not even say what kind of stain it was sounds like she needed to make up a reason for me not to stay

The hotel staff were accomodating and friendly. The hotel itself and grounds are beautiful and seem well maintained. The hot breakfast was great with new selections each day. The pool and fitness area were the nicest we have ever been at and been able to use. There was plenty of parking and located near a lot of restaurants and shopping. We will definitley stay at this hotel again.

The room was nicely appointed, but the sofa cushion had tear in it and one of the lights in the sitting area were out, The mini refrigerator would always tilt forward when you opened the door, but overall we enjoyed our stay and could deal with these minor issues/inconveniences.

Pool never worked Bathtub took three days to work correctly TV, not allowed to requirements a local channels Room phone Didn’t have the right extension mute didn’t work messaging didn’t work. Speaker didn’t work all the buttons up top don’t work. Yesterday, Friday night they fixed the phone speaker mute messaging top button still don’t work and it was a recorded phone. They replaced it with a wireless one headset doesn’t work.

Our room #628 was quite big for us 3 people. Especially our daughter was moving in the college dormitory so we had to buy lots of things for her daily life & she needed a big space to sort things with some suitcases. The location was very convenient to access for the shops even by walk and also easy to drive around in Garden City. Breakfast included is a plus. Maid lady was nice & friendly.

One of the elevators was out of order and never had been fixed during our stay (8/21-26) so we had to wait for a long time but still it was acceptable.

If I’m going to be completely straight we could all moan going into these places the room was comfortable and spacious there was issues with broken tiles in the bathroom however the staff and location more than made up for it also the WiFi was very good and very strong location was great swimming pool was also very good

The tiles in the bathroom was loose and had bad edges but this would not put me off rebooking staff are more than helpful

Rooms are nice, and lobby is attractive and seems pretty new. Front desk staff is very friendly. Breakfast is consistently excellent! Doors to fire stairs are well marked.

One of two elevators was out for my entire multi-day stay, leading to overcrowding on the other elevator. Management should invest in a maintenance contract for elevators to get faster service. Also, I found the water in the shower irritating. (The hotel is built on old manufacturing ground.) Maybe management could invest in a whole-hotel water filter?

Calm safe place, check out at 12, swimming pool 10 am to 10 pm, free breakfast, very big and clean room with fridge and coffee machine..

Fire alarm at 5 am by accident. No apologise and no info from reception what is going on. Elevator temporarily out of order due to that still at 10 am. We were at 5th floor. Troubles to get to swimming pool. Was closed at 9 pm already and in 10 am I had to request several times to open it. We choose this hotel mainly due to swimming pool altough it is far from city center and JFK airport so the public transport and taxi to hotel can be expensive.

Staff was amazing,they always had smile on their face. Breakfast was delicious with many options for all age group. It was very clean, tidy and vibrant place to stay, my triplets loved it due to excellent swimming pool, cool place to walk around, shops and markets are very close by. We loved it and wish them the best for taking care of us.
