-thoughtful front desk -room was big and bright - enough desk space to spread out and a nice big comfy chair that could have become a pull-out bed, quiet HVAC -clean carpet -clean beds with clean smelling sheets and new-ish pillows -bathroom was clean and smelled clean -big fridge for putting in water, fruit, etc. -good coffee and tea selection at reception

-elevator is run-down and a bit dirty....doesn't match the cleanliness of this hotel.

Romeo at he front desk was outstanding. The location is close to many amenities.

The breakfast situation was interesting. Service was not so great.

The staff that works the desk, was exceptional. Very nice, accommodating and friendly. Both - the person that checked us in and the person that checked us out - were phenomenal,

We had a problem with the bathroom door, that didn't close correctly, otherwise, everything was fine.

room was pretty big and had all the essentials didn’t try the restaurant but they had a good range of food staff members i interacted with were pretty nice

Comfortable bed, super clean linen. Close to grocery store

Thin walls, step sounds from above and even conversation from neighbour rooms was audiable

Staff was absolutely wonderful. Got us in handi assesible room after first night. Friendly, professional, accommodating. Comfortable room EXCEPT for the lighting, hardly any lights. Lobby comfortable. Later eve burger good. Great location.

Very little lighting in room

The breakfast staff was phenomenal. The two ladies were extremely friendly and explained what was bring offered for breakfast with great detail.

When we booked through booking.com we paid for breakfast to be included. The next morning, I go down to breakfast and was informed that I had to pay. Iwent over to the reception desk and the woman working told me that breakfast was not included. I explained to her that I in fact paid extra when booking. She looked up my room and made the correction.Not a big deal because it was an easy fix but it should’ve been looked over and explained to us upon check in.

Breakfast and the hostess and cook were amazing and was a great value.

The hot tub was out of service for the entire duration I was there

One out of two Elevators were out. Took long time to get to 4th floor. We were given a handy cab room.
