Airport shuttle was dependable and responded in reasonable time when called late at night. The breakfast is not really much, but the coffee is hot and ready. There are a couple of other very close options for a more filling breakfast. The staff and service are EXCELLENT. The guys at the front desk were very responsive (Frankie and John). On the day we left, we had changes in air reservations, and I suddenly needed to get TO the airport ASAP. They got the shuttle driver to make another trip with just us, asking only that we 'take care of him', so we gave him a nice tip. We needed extra towels for our party of three and when I asked the maid on our floor, she immediately got them to us, noting that they were still 'warm out of the dryer'. And she said clearly that if we needed anything else, to just come and find her. :). the hotel's WiFi worked just fine. It was quiet at night as well.

Well, there's probably nothing that can be done about it, but I rated the value LOW. This is more of a general statement. Hotels in NY anywhere near JFK are ridiculously expensive. The Five Towns was fine, a nice locally-run hotel. But in all honesty and being generous, the rooms and breakfast are maybe worth about $150 on today's market, and it was over a $100 more. Again, local 'chain' hotels in the same situation are even more, but just on principle, it's way overpriced.

Airport shuttle is good, they're especially helpful when you face changes on your in/out air transportation due to flight cancellations. We appreciated the help at the front desk both from John and from Frankie. When we had delay, Frankie very kindly allowed us to remain in-room until 3 pm for no additional charge. When we suddenly had to go to the airport sooner than planned, John worked it out for their shuttle to take us. We - of course - took very good care of the driver, tip-wise. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Both stays, we had to remind them that we were three people, not two - for more towels. They were cheerfully and quickly supplied. Didn't get her name, but the (I'm pretty sure...) Jamaican maid o the second floor made it very clear that if we needed anything at all that we could just ask her.

Well, they provide breakfast as described, but it's fairly limited. Wish they had something more like breakfast sandwiches, etc. It wasn't a problem. Another thing I didn't like, but it's not Five Towns' fault. It's the situation. NO hotel anywhere near JFK is going to be reasonably priced. I'm just saying that if Five Towns had just been another ten miles further away, the room would have cost at least $125 per night less.

Convenient for flights leaving from JFK, the hotel has a free airport shuttle. We were not in the room for long, but everything was fine (except the pillows!). Breakfast is provided but we left for the airport too early. Restaurants and fast food outlets are close to the hotel.

The pillows were very hard. The shuttle to the airport runs every hour, I'm sure it was every half hour last year! You can't get a direct answer when you use the message system, only a generic reply which doesn't answer the question asked.

Airport shuttle utilized to and from hotel. From the airport to the hotel took a long time (almost an hour) because of the driver having to go back and forth out of order to pick people up. The shuttle back to the airport left right on time from the hotel and dropped people off in proper order. I would advice anyone going to JFK airport to utilize someone local to get you around the airport. There is major construction going on and frequent road/terminal closures that could get you delayed if your driver doesn't have current updates.

I was happy with our short stay.

Our flight was cancelled on June 23rd as were a couple other flights. We booked an available room thru booking.com and called for the shuttle. The shuttle took a while to arrive and our phone calls to the hotel to ensure it was on it's way went unanswered. When we arrived at the hotel we discovered why. Upon arrival, there was a line up out the door of people who needed a place to sleep for the night. Only one front desk staff member was working and she was doing an AMAZING job trying to get everyone thru as quickly as possible. Some had reservations, some did not. Huge Kudoos to her - everyone was tired, a bit stressed and she was super friendly. The front desk also provided a phone charger we could borrow when we discovered that we left ours plugged into the seat at the airport. Our shuttle drivers were friendly and chatted about the area during our drive. There wasn't that uncomfortable silence.

Price - it was $600.00 dollars that we didn't anticipate having to spend While my daughter found the beds super comfy I found it too warm with the plastic protective mattress covers and with the air conditioner on I couldn't find a happy medium. However, the pros outweighed the cons

Good room, complimentary coffee and water available in reception. Airport shuttle runs on the hour and can be delayed depending on traffic and number of pick ups/drop offs - we waited over an hour at JFK for our pick up. Check in receptionist was excellent.

Receptionist in the morning (gentleman) was ignorant and rude, Such a shame as the lady who checked us in the night before was charming, helpful and funny. Nor=thing much in the immediate area, some fast food joints and a small shopping centre but if you're just using the place to stop over for a flight them no problem

It was well kept, spacious, and comfortable. Check in/our was fast. There was a nice breakfast/cereal bar with juices, coffee, and tea. The individually wrapped pound cake was perfect for the road.

Airport hotel, it’s never a destination, but it was a good place to stay.

Close to the airport, big room and good facilities. Only stayed overnight between flights, but would happily book again as beds were very comfy.

Collection by the airport shuttle took over 45 minutes to collect us, but in fairness there were roadworks at JFK and so that was not really the driver's fault. It was difficult for us to phone to arrange pick up as we did not have international calls on our phones - it would be helpful if there was a means of contact (such as whatsapp) that was data reliant instead as there is free wifi at the airport.

Very comfortable hotel, with a more homey feeling than the big brands. Lovely spot. It was nice to be able to walk to a few shops, and they gave me a workout pass for the local gym. Nice view of the water out my winter also. The staff were all soooo kind and proficient, very good at their jobs. Very helpful and looked after problems as they came up. It was nice!

Of course the area is kind of suburban, but for aerobús the airport it’s great
