Everything in the hotel was awesome except one matter happened to me and it may be it was an exception.

I booked this hotel for my wife and child who were on a very long trip (international flights), and everything seemed to be awesome until they arrived at Federal Circle Station. Then, the shuttle was not there, so, upon the instruction my wife called the hotel and who answered the call told her "there is no reservation with your name". It was a cold night at 10 pm in December, my family suffered the cold that night and was shocked too. I was with my wife through calls to solve this unexpected and unacceptable issue and luckly at around 1:00 am she did a checked-in.

We had dinner and it was good. Our flight was canceled due to weather, so we couldn’t fly out until the next day. The hotel stay gave us an extra expense, so we were happy with the free shuttle to and from the airport.

We stayed at this hotel during our family trip to New York City and had a fantastic experience. The location is incredibly convenient, as it’s close to the airport and near a bus station with easy access to trains heading into the city. The free shuttle service was a huge plus, making transportation seamless. The rooms were well-organized, modern, and updated, providing a comfortable stay for our family. We especially appreciated how clean everything was, from the rooms to the common areas. If you're looking for a practical and comfortable place to stay near NYC, this hotel is an excellent choice. It balances convenience, comfort, and affordability perfectly. Highly recommend it for families!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional service provided by Ms. Yeung and her incredible team during my mom and sister's layover. From the moment they arrived, it was evident that they were in caring hands. The staff went above and beyond to ensure their comfort and safety, ensuring their layover after an exhausting 21-hour flight was not only smooth but also truly exceptional. I am especially grateful for the thoughtful arrangement of a taxi to the airport, which made their journey so much easier. This level of dedication and genuine compassion for guests is truly commendable. Thank you, Ms. Yeung and team (Jonathan and Baba Camara), for your outstanding support! Your efforts have left a lasting impression on our family, and we are incredibly thankful for everything you have done. Highly recommend!

The instructions to follow for pickup was very straight forward as I was there for the first time and became nervous,but all was well and good with checkin.The rooms which I stayed in is of very high standards with all the amenities needed for a short period of time,Customer service was always at a phones call reach for any issues arisen 24hrs

The process of travelling to the hotel while waiting could be more better as the chills started to come in,it can be very uncomfortable waiting around in an area for transport, where the phone isn't working that was advised to used and there's very little communication in relation the timings of the shuttle transport, but airport assistance did pay a key role in reaching out to the hotel so that information can be relayed,which ease the uncertainty of being picked up

The staff was so attentive. I liked the diversity of the staff. I came for my brother's funeral and also had a birthday while there. The staff showed empathy and even sent a treat to our room. I used fitness center every morning and was able to do my laundry before leaving. There is food available in lobby. Location and shuttle service to and from JFK was extremely helpful.

$40 daily charge for valet parking. But this is NY. Closet door difficult to open close and move on its track.

The shuttle was on time. The stay was wonderful. The first room we were given smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and the phone to the lobby didn't work, so when we went down to the lobby they upgraded us to a nicer room and apologized for the inconvenience. The staff could not have been more helpful and courteous.

Despite there being a restaurant, there were not many plant based options on the menu. French fries was it. It would not take alot of effort to have Beyond or Impossible burgers in their freezer and offer them on the menu along with regular hamburgers. Or a salad with beans or lentils in it. The same with the breakfast - having plant based milk would have been easy to have on hand.

We stayed here on our way out and then on our way back from our holiday. This time the room we were given on this occasion was clean and updated. All the staff were attentive and helpful- especially the gentleman helping with the cases- and we managed to catch their free shuttle bus ( driven by delightful gentleman called George) so the location was perfect- thank you

Although not that important - the food was ok- but would not choose to eat there if there was an alternative

The personnel in reception were great and very helpful 👍🏾 😀 👏🏾 The room was great, My son said this will be one of our go to hotel in Queens when we come back to New york. The rooms were spacious enough to move around comfortable. The view from our room was also pretty nice even though it was snowing.

This question does not apply to this hotel. But my son was questioning why they'd weren't two chairs in the room for two people to sit and relax.

Our one-night stay at Courtyard by Marriott New York JFK Airport was perfect for an early morning flight. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. A major convenience was the free shuttle service to the airport, which runs every 30 minutes, making it an excellent choice for travelers needing quick and reliable access to JFK. Overall, a great option for a short, hassle-free stay near the airport.
