The location was very good. An air train away from JFK, walking distance to great shopping areas, every bus route to get you around New York, subway, food, laundromat, car wash, gas station, pharmacy, mechanic, windshield replacement, et al. You name it itis within walking distance. The front desk staff were very helpful, accommodating, and pleasant. The managers were always very pleasant as well when I saw them around. The coffee station was great, especially when it rained and the time was cold. There are also snacks and drinks available at a very reasonable cost.

The housekeeping is poor, and this is the only reason I did not give a perfect score. While the housekeepers will come every day, wetting the bathroom and making the bed is not good service. They do not do the floors nor the other furniture in the room, and they do not change the bedsheets, I guess, unless you request that. Housekeeping needs to be improved. They need proper training.

The comfort of the hotel, and the fact that it's surrounded by so many eating places, and the kindness of the hotel staff is excellent all of them. And of course the pictures on the website looks very good but the rooms are bigger than you show them. Most of the rooms are bigger than some hotels that charge more and the rooms are not as big as the ones you have. Show more size of the rooms. It will attract more visitors. Have a great day!

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. But I do feel that the ice machines should be like the regular ones because if visitors can just stick their hands in there, the ice could become unsanitary. The big machines will be better where the ice just comes out when the button is pushed.

Had an emergency stay with my 2 cats during the heatwave... Staff was EXTREMELY considerate, accommodating, helpful and prompt with service, despite apparently being the only one on-duty on a pretty busy night. And they did NOT charge two arms and a leg for the pets...so thumbs up on that!

Not the safest area at night, but that IS LIRR/Airtrain, so what can you do?? Not really the hotel's fault, and staff did what they could to help, which I appreciated. Street parking can be tricky; plan to walk a bit if you don't want to pay for it.

Super friendly staff, was there in february, heating didnt work at first, got a new room emmediatly and a free upgrade, generous, friendly, super fast solving, room is perfectly equpied with everything one needs for a short stay, it was all clean, and the location was perfect as its a 10min walk from Jamaica Station, which is what I needed. The neighbourhood is gorgeous Brooklyn, all you need. But again, I am allways happy if there is friendly, solution oriented, staff.

Well, nothing realy to write here, except the price maybe, could be better, but that is Brrooklyn, it is what it is. And I compared quite a lot so for the location (close to Jamaica Station), for it being a proper hotel (not a hostel or sharing thing), the price is not so bad after all.

The staff in general, they were so kind. People in general tend to not talk to you properly or don't give much attention to your needs, I had direct contact with 3 different employees and they exceeded expectations.

Nothing in specific. But as suggestion, guests could have an option to extend their stay till afternoon for example, paying a fair fee if the room will remain available in the day of check-out. I was given late check-out in a good faith but would be willing to pay to stay till afternoon early evening before go to the airport.

I loved that the photos were exactly like what I saw posted to the site...... My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, no noise was really heard unless it was coming from outside... The receptionists were great and accommodating, very easy to check in and great location... Will definitely be the spot whenever I return to New York city...

The Minor inconvenience was that the Internet was not working on the TV but otherwise from that I have no complaints whatsoever....

It was just a 5 hour stop over between flights and clearly didn’t want to pay too much but honestly it was great. Room temperature was excellent, the staff it was night shift I never caught his name, was outstanding couldn’t ask for more friendly and helpful. In the US Nashville before we stayed in 5 star and again the staff was no way near as good as this guy. We had a bad flight so he made the trip alittle better so thank you.

I might have been tired but couldn’t get the tv to work.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Quick response to fixtures or any inconvenience. Convenient to all forms of shopping and various transportation.

The rooms aren’t cleaned thoroughly. Dusty, food left into the fridge and microwave from prior guests. No real floor cleaning. Wish there was breakfast served and more parking space.

I have been very impressed with this hotel. My family and I stayed here for four nights over the Christmas period. The location is very convenient, around nine minutes walk to the subway. The same station also has the JFK air train for easy access to the airport. The hotel room is clean and comfortable and has all the basic necessities. The location is not noisy. The staff are very helpful. I will definitely return.

- in the room was a bad smell like vomit only with the Window open was it ok - Deposit of $100 and still a week after no Refund showing up and no response of 3 Emails. Guys its 2025!! Refund should take few seconds.
