The comfort of the hotel, and the fact that it's surrounded by so many eating places, and the kindness of the hotel staff is excellent all of them. And of course the pictures on the website looks very good but the rooms are bigger than you show them. Most of the rooms are bigger than some hotels that charge more and the rooms are not as big as the ones you have. Show more size of the rooms. It will attract more visitors. Have a great day!

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. But I do feel that the ice machines should be like the regular ones because if visitors can just stick their hands in there, the ice could become unsanitary. The big machines will be better where the ice just comes out when the button is pushed.

Super friendly staff, was there in february, heating didnt work at first, got a new room emmediatly and a free upgrade, generous, friendly, super fast solving, room is perfectly equpied with everything one needs for a short stay, it was all clean, and the location was perfect as its a 10min walk from Jamaica Station, which is what I needed. The neighbourhood is gorgeous Brooklyn, all you need. But again, I am allways happy if there is friendly, solution oriented, staff.

Well, nothing realy to write here, except the price maybe, could be better, but that is Brrooklyn, it is what it is. And I compared quite a lot so for the location (close to Jamaica Station), for it being a proper hotel (not a hostel or sharing thing), the price is not so bad after all.

I loved that the photos were exactly like what I saw posted to the site...... My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, no noise was really heard unless it was coming from outside... The receptionists were great and accommodating, very easy to check in and great location... Will definitely be the spot whenever I return to New York city...

The Minor inconvenience was that the Internet was not working on the TV but otherwise from that I have no complaints whatsoever....

I have been very impressed with this hotel. My family and I stayed here for four nights over the Christmas period. The location is very convenient, around nine minutes walk to the subway. The same station also has the JFK air train for easy access to the airport. The hotel room is clean and comfortable and has all the basic necessities. The location is not noisy. The staff are very helpful. I will definitely return.

Location near airport and local trains into de city, cleaniness, value, staff. Reception offered coffee and snacks while waiting for our room.

Only parking facility: Parking allie is extremely narrow. Unable to drive my car without foldind side mirrors. It is difficult to manuver to exit as well.Not enough space to angle the car without going back and forth to find the rith angle.

Spacious clean room close to Jamaica station. I like the little ethnic food shops, even if they’re completely grubby.

It’s Jamaica, NY. The folks half a block away weren’t hanging around to sell Girl Scout cookies, you know? This is not a neighborhood for a woman traveling alone. The walk to the station, especially at night isn’t for the timid.

I liked that it is close to the airport

I didn't like that the hotel didn't look like the photos from the outside and it was difficult to get there at night. The rooms were fine but very small and didn't look like the photos.

Not so many reviews not to mention some of the bad reviews for this property which made me hesitant to proceed with the booking but I took my chances being close JFK airport and reasonable price. It turns out it was clean and conforming considering the location of the property.

The neighborhood was unusually noisy with little parking space.

The room was clean and well-organized; large, comfortable beds; coffee/tea available at the reception; luggage storage provided. Our flight was delayed, and the hotel did a late check-in. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

In the morning, you can hear some noise from outside. For us, it was a good wake-up call.
