The name on google maps! Hilton DT does not show up. You are still down as another hotel (Radisson)!! Taxi had some difficulty finding the hotel. No wi-fi for all intents and purposes. Just an observation......offering poor or multi-layered wi-fi is worse than just not offering it. Stops everyone messing around first before figuring out that hot-spotting your phone is a much better option. It is just annoying.

The staff was very nice. I always enjoy the DT cookies *yum*! Also, the 24hr airport shuttle service was very convenient.

I did not like the price; it was $200+ for a one night stay & we arrived after 8pm & checkout of course was 11am. Also, we were on the newly renovated floor & I noticed that the water from the faucet would come out brown sometimes. Also, the shower looked kind of dingy for it to have been in a newly renovated room.

We like Jessi the pretty lady manning the front desk who made an extra mile to help us out with our transportation problem on our last day.

Some of the male front desk and kitchen staff though needs further training on customer service. Breakfast buffet needs variety and should always make their most wanted muffins available. Worn out warmers in the buffet table needs changing.

The hotel was clean and full of guests. Very clean and friendly.

It costs me $100 to get to the hotel to the train station. Upon arrival the hotel name was changed from Radisson to Hilton Doubletree Hotel without telling the guest. There was no transportation to La Guardia airport, so I had to pay $50 to get to the airport, but on their website for Radisson it stated free shuttle to AIRPORTS. I was disappointed.

We needed a over night stay between flights. We choose the Radisson because it appeared to be close to the airport and they had a connecting shuttle service, which we did use on our continuing flight back to the UK.

Hotel shuttle stopped at 11pm We arrived at JFK just after 11pm and had to get a taxi. The first yellow cab driver refused to take us and told us to catch a bus (no buses running at that time of night to hotel) as it was too close from airport to hotel and the 2nd driver was not happy taking us and was very rude. It cost us $26 and a 10 minute drive, so not a walk away…..

Check in and check out processes, ability to extend stay, and friendliness of shuttle drivers and valet attendants. The warm cookie welcome was appreciated very much.

A light, free breakfast was not available. During the extended stay for a party of three, ample towels sets were only available for two persons on the last night.

Clean and spacious as we had our granddaughter with us and she used the sofa bed. It was not far from a shopping mall (which we had to use due to lack of clothes due to a 2 day flight adventure with cancellations.

Called for Shuttle a couple times but nothing came so we used Uber. It took awhile to get checked in but in fairness there were people from a cruise line checking in, and computer issues. I wish they had a locked room that we could have used for our language so we didn't have to lug it around the mall.

I was checked in by an absolute dream of a member of staff, Sharon, she was perfection, so jolly and helpful! Extended my check out, said hello and was jolly each time I saw her and it was clear that this wasn’t forced and it was her natural personality!

Bed was huge and so soft and comfy, pillows were amazing. Had free water in room. Gave you a free cookie on check in and the free airport shuttle 24hr is amazing, leaves every 30min on the hour.

Check in took a long time but that’s ok.

This place is the best when it comes to customer service they made sure i had everything i need they made me feel at home. Chris from the front desk was veey helpful i give him a huge thumbs up! This place made my night after the experience i had with not being able to stay in my first booking.

The hotel hot tub or sauna wasnt working for the mens gym. I was really looking forward to that, other than that it is the best place to get a suite they are spacious and i give this place 5 stars for the cleaniness!
