Excellent location to the malls and food services . Breakfast was punctual and adequate . Room was clean . Adequate towels Airport shuttle was probably the best kept secret of the hotel . Vehicles are Big roomy , clean and modern . Driver ( Jerry ) was excellent

Coffee maker was reported non functional and was not attended to, Television remote was somewhat ackward to navigate

Price seemed high. Stayed here several times when it was a Holiday Inn Express. Prices seemed to have risen for the same basic

we flew in for a funeral and appreciated being picked up at the airport. The driver was courteous and helpful. We were pleasantly to find that the funeral home was literally in walking distance from the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious. We did think that the rates were a bit high for the location and services rendered.

Rates could have been more reasonable.

We didn’t like the breakfast!!!! They need keep up with the amount of people coming into the breakfast area. They had nothing ready at 800 am had to wait for them to make it maybe let it be self serve instead of them making little plates for people

Proximity to our family venue was great. Breakfast options were good. Staff was helpful and friendly. Each room size was ok for 4 people. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Hotel Property did not have (3 out of 4) Booking.com reservations on their system when we arrived. Property did honor my printed reservation copies. Was frustrated about my reservations from Booking.com not in place. Staff assistance greatly appreciated.

This hotel is 4 blocks from my parents house and we didn't have to stay in their home. It would have been overcrowded with my brother, his wife and 2 children. :-D

Every aspect met our expectations.

Location was great. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was simple but good. Price for the hotel was way too much. This is not a 5 star hotel and should be priced accordingly.

Very friendly staff who quickly arranged a pick up from the airport. Easy shuttle to the airport in the morning.

No bar or restaurant but staff were able to direct me to excellent local Italian restaurant within 5 min wall

The room was clean, comfortable and Spacious. Breakfast was reasonably good, considering the limitations imposed by corona virus safety requirements. The hotel is located a 10 minute walk from the train station, which conveniently connects you with NYC as well as the rest of Long Island. The front office staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again on future visits.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The front desk personnel were a pleasure to deal with. Housekeeping and breakfast staff were very accommodating. I think the property should advertise more clearly that housekeeping has to be requested.

The bathroom should have a vent.
