The room was clean, the shower was fantastic, bed was very comfortable had a great place to eat next door

Definitely had a smoke smell in the room especially in the bathroom area. Not very walkable to much without uber. No do not disturb signs so cleaning lady threw away our receipts that we needed. That was incredibly frustrating but nothing we could do about it. It’s not actually on the water either. Not that we cared but it’s not like you are waterfront.

Easy access and simplicity. The best of the hotel is nice shower and the excellent quality shampoo/soap amenities.

bathroom smelled bad, someone may have been smoking in there previously?

The place need some renovation

Straightforward motel style accommodation. Big rooms and comfortable beds. We were visiting for the cricket world cup, 15 minutes away at Eisenhower Park. Great restaurants in the vicinity. We went to the excellent Sonny's Canal house with deck right on the canal. Freeport generally is a nice village.

Inn and Marina is kind of misleading. There wasn't really a view onto the water, let alone a marina. The outdoor motel lights keep the room too bright through the night. A query I sent to the hotel ahead of our visit went unanswered.

I like the fact that the hotel was 12 minutes away from the event that I was attending the room space was perfect and the bed plus pillows were very comfortable.

I didn't like the fact that I requested a room on the upper floor and extra towels and no one acknowledged my request instead I got a room at the back of the hotel with a lot of hair in the shower.

The room was comfortable and nice and quiet. There is a walk in shower that was easily accessible and had a non slip nicely decorated floor. The air conditioning was more than adequate, it was very humid there.

Wished that the outside walkway could have been wider so as to put chairs to sit in and observe the view from right outside of my room.

ROOM CLEAN AND SHOWER PRESSURE WAS PERFECT. SEEM LIKE IT WAS RECENTLY RENOVATED.

FRONT DESK GAVE THE KEY TO OUR ROOM TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. THEY CAME IN THINKING IT WAS VACANT. SO, I HAD TO CALL THE FRONT DESK AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED. THEY APOLOGIZED BUT THEY NEED TO DO BETTER. LUCKILY, I WAS IN MY BATHING SUIT AT THE TIME BUT THATS NOT COOL.

The location was very convenient and the room was perfect for what we needed. There was quite a bit to do on-site and around the area. So many great restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive.

The room was a little musty but I think that’s because of the humidity so I don’t blame the Inn for that. Can’t control the weather!

It was cute and comfy and at a great price!! We visit new york often and will definitely be staying at freeport inn from now on!

The pillows on the bed were tiny... but I'm sure if we went down and asked for more they would of provided!

You need to work on the bathroom specially the shower as a women I can't not take a shower because the way the shower is . I TAKE a shower with the cup because I don't want my hair wet.after that Everything is almost pretty good.

Only the bathroom and also restaurant. No food at all
