Great location. Clean place. Friendly staff. Ample parking. Walking distance to TGI Fridays. Shopping mall 5min drive away. For beer lovers, fantastic Total Wines place with beer nirvana inside that's 2min drive away.

No breakfast. Yes, you can buy it, but for the type of the hotel and the money spent this should be included in price. It's not like you're getting a 4 course meal, just something small. And because it's small, it should be included in price.

They charge you 10 bucks a day for parking, which they only tell you when you arrive. As there’s no public transportation anywhere in sight, basically they have you over a barrel.

The fruit at breakfast was exceptionally good. I expected it to be bulk tasting...but it was sweet and fresh. The upgrade to a Junior Suite was a nice surprise with a bathtub that had every kind of water spout plus a folding bench.

I got very cold at night, but since it was a corner room it could have been the air coming in the windows. I turned the heat up but I normally would turn the heat down.

The location was perfect for our needs and the room was very comfortable. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and efficient.

Very minor - the selection and pricing of the coffee bar in the lobby. We went out for breakfast, but I just wanted a cup of basic tea before heading out.

The location is convenient to much of Long Island. The room was comfortable. There was food and beverage available for purchase in the lobby.

Starbucks was not open all day so coffee was not always available not was food. I would have liked coffee available all day and not at select times.

everything was wonderful about this property i stayed at.

the only thing was the shower towels were kind of rough. sounds very minor but when you come out the shower you want a nice plush towel.

I ended up staying because of a canceled flight. Selected for location solely. Now, the room was a bit dated. BUT... it was the cleanest place I have come across in a long time. I stay 4,5 stars exclusively and I'll tell you this was cleaner. Obviously excellent management in place because hospitality is alive here. Really a gem. Was comfortable, felt safe, clean and welcoming.

Lighting in the room could be a little bit nicer. Some areas kind of dark. But it’s a large room. Lots of space.

The location was perfect for our visit to the Space theatre. The staff on reception were friendly and asked us our specific room requirements. We especially liked our bathroom.

The price could have been a little less and paying for parking seemed to be unnecessary for paying guests.

Breakfast was fine and good options.
