The property is great. Me and my boyfriend have stayed here a couple times this year already as we travel down from upstate. He has family down here and we need to stay for some visits.

There were some windows very close to our room and everyone used them to smoke out of, whether it be weed or cigarettes. I know it’s legal but the smell is terrible. I felt like I needed to air out my room to make sure you guys didn’t think we smoked in our room.

I appreciated the staff check in. I was amazed on how clean the room was. That by far is a keeper in my book. The area was quite and people were not loitering around. The mattress was so comfortable. I will definitely return and thank you. I was not offered breakfast and nor did I care for it. With that said, I cannot rate that option. To me the cleanliness, room, mattress and peaceful is everything. I felt very safe too.

The stairs is a bit deep and the check out staff was a man on the phone who was not very welcoming.

Updated review: There was a grievance that left me disappointed, but they were able to address my issue. So I am thankful, because it seemed like they wouldn't at first.

They listened to me and reason. Thank you. This updates my opinion to--i would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. It was made special from start to end due to the way Jill Patel handled everything and for his exceptional customer service skills. He was extremely friendly and always looking to help and make it even better for the guests, while I was around. Great job, Jill!!!

Breakfast facilities cd be better!

We didn't need a 5-star hotel; we needed a clean room and a bed, because we were visiting with family nearby for the weekend. Our room was clean (no bad smell), convenien (10 minutes to family), and the bed was comfortable. The people I had interchange with at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. It was perfectly as we expected in the price range of the room. Would stay there again!

The location was important to us. Japanese Restaurant was a bonus, we ordered takeaways twice from there, highly recommend

The air conditioner was on when we’re got in our room but we turned it off to sleep & then could not get it to work on warm again only cold, the knobs were broken. We were in room #101. we meant to let reception know when we checked out but we forgot.

The property is in a great location with restaurants and shopping nearby. There is always someone cleaning up in the halls and lobby. I would recommend this property and plan on staying there again.

very close to everything and the people there are very nice

I am my part and I like everything about the hotel it’s cozy. The only thing we didn’t like is that the beds are very hard kills my back, but still come back to you guys as often as I can hopefully we can do some thing about the beds.

Convenient outdoor location easy to get to the rooms. Quiet and nice.

Nothing I didn’t like but like everything, the place can use an upgrade.

The room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

The TV size was horrible - the smallest I've ever seen in a hotel/motel.
